Wooing Stubborn Mates

Prologue
“Are you sure you’re going to be alright by yourselves?” the female demon slayer, Sango asked, her fire cat Kirara sitting on her shoulder not taking her eyes off of the male standing behind her mistress.
“Don’t worry Sango, we’ll be fine,” Kagome said with a smile as she held Shippo in her arms and her now bonded mate had his arm wrapped around her.
“You heard her,” Inuyasha said with his normal smirk “Now go and save those kids! You’re the only one who knows how to defeat a- Miroku!”
“A what?” Sango asked in confusion through she was quickly answered when she felt a hand on her chest and a hand on her bum “Miroku you pervert! Get off!”
The next thing Miroku knew was that he was hurting badly as he had been thrown against a tree hard by Sango’s boomerang.
“Pervert,” Sango muttered then turned to Kagome and Inuyasha which caused them to sweet drop as Sango’s personality did a complete 180.
“Well we better get going now, Inuyasha, your brother is waiting to ‘meet’ your ‘mate and child’ and should be here soon but for us…”
Inuyasha, Kagome and Shippo watched as Sango picked up Miroku, tossed the unconscious monk on her shoulder like a sack of potatoes, waved happily to them, and then walked off in the direction that the village, and yokai, were waiting them.
