Promise

Two daiyouki's raced through the forest, demolishing anything in there path. Both radiated fear. They quickly changed their direction towards a clearing in the forest in a few seconds they suddenly stopped. The clearing was a gory sight. Blood covered the tree's and there were demon like bodies littered everywhere. In the clearing there was a red cloaked demon hunched over, leaning on a ragged sword. He was breathing heavily and shaking. He didn’t even notice the heavily breathing youki's as he dodged the last of the demon like creatures. Sesshomaru was about to enter the battle but his father grabbed his shoulders stopping him "it seems that he has handled the situation" he said as Inuyasha killed it before collapsing. Sesshomaru then broke free and ran to Inuyasha. "Father please make sure there is room at the castle and tell the healers to be prepared" he stated Inutaisho was off before that. Even though he was worried for his son he would have to trust his oldest son.

Sesshomaru slowly picked up his otouto. Inuyasha looked at him wearily and smirked "got 'em all" he murmured before his eyes closed. Sesshomaru smiled softly down at him before running off. His speed increased as Inuyasha's breath started slowing and shallowed. He followed his fathers path, it wasn’t very hard for there was a path of debris that led to the castle. He smashed through the door guarding Inuyasha. He ran straight into the healers chambers. The healers carefully moved away, not daring to look into their lords eyes, frightened it would be taken as a challenge. Taisho walked up to his son and tried to take Inuyasha, sub-consciously Sesshomaru tightened his grip, snarling. Taisho slapped him and took Inuyasha "im just as worried as you son" he placed Inuyasha on the healers table and backed off for the healers He took one last worried glance, this was not how he wanted to see his last time for the second time.
