Summer Heat

This is my first time doing a one shot, so please be gentle with the reviews on this one.

A/N: Just so ya’ll know. These two are completely out of character, don’t expect the stoic lord or the forceful miko to make an appearance. Sorry.

It was a day like any other day. The sun was out, and it was hot enough to fry an egg, literally. Kagome Higurashi stood outside of her home, fanning herself from the withering heat. They were waiting for the air conditioning repair man to show up. It just had to break in the middle of the sweltering heat.

Kagome had forgone the normal t-shirt and went instead for her bathing suit top. A dark blue with white floral print halter that tied around her neck and barely covered her chest. She also sported short shorts and plain white tennis shoes.

Sweat was gliding down her body making it glisten and shine. Her hair stuck to her back as she continued to fan herself with a handmade folded paper fan. Everyone else went to the neighborhood pool while she had to wait behind for the repair man.

She looked around the neighborhood and watched some of the other people trying to bear the heat. A couple was jogging in bare nothing clothing; someone had grabbed a water hose to spray their dogs, in attempt to cool them down, and some little kids were shooting each other with water guns as they ran down the sidewalk.

Kagome soon spotted her best friend Sesshoumaru sauntering down the sidewalk over to her. His silver white hair was gorgeous, he had a tone, tan and muscular body, she had to admit he was simply scrumptious. He jogged the last few feet over to her.

“Hey Kaggy.”

“Hey Sess. Can you believe this heat today? Bad time for our ac to go out.”

“I know, tell me about it.”

They stood there in silence for a few minutes while Kagome checked him out, again.

His tank top must have been a size smaller than was meant for him since he looked as if he were about to bust out of it. How the man could wear pants in this heat was puzzling.

“So, whatcha doin here Sess?”

“Aw, c’mon, I just wanted to see my best girl.” He put his arm around her.

Kagome pulled out from under his arm.

“Ugh, Sess, it’s HOT! Don’t put your arm on me!”

He snickered.

“Aw, does the little girl not want to play today?” He asked in a cartoon like voice.

“Stuff it Sess, it’s too hot to be actin like this.” She continued to fan herself.

Sesshoumaru was about to answer her with another little comeback, but was interrupted when the phone rang inside the house.

“Let’s go inside the oven so I can go answer that.”

The interior of the house felt as if they really had entered an oven. It had to be at least another 15 degrees hotter inside.

Kagome got to the phone on the fourth ring.

“Hello?”

“Is this the Higurashi residence?” A rough voice asked.

“Yes it is, how may I help you?”

“This is Scott from Figaron Air, and I would like to apologize for the inconvenience, but we are completely backed up and will have to get to your house tomorrow. We are spread very thin and our trucks are overheating in this maddening weather to boot. Again, I apologize for the inconvenience. Please accept our apologies, I’ll be sure to mark you down for a 20% discount for your troubles.”

Kagome sighed heavily, she knew her mother wasn’t going to like this.

“Okay, thank you very much. Goodbye.”

“So what’s the verdict? Are they coming or not?”

“Nope, he says they’re backed up and their trucks are overheating as well. Mom sure ain’t gonna like this.”

“Damn. So, what do you wanna do now?”

“Honestly, I was thinking of getting into the shower and leaving it on cold for a while.” She set her fan down and went to the fridge, looking for anything to cool her down.

“You want something while I’m in here?” She called from the kitchen.

His ears perked to that question.

“You bet I do.” He whispered.

“What?”

“Nothing Kags, you must be hearing things.” He called back to her.

“Yeah, and hell’s freezing over as we speak.” She whispered to herself.

Her thoughts went back to how good her best friend was looking today. Kami, she would love to run her fingers through that hair of his. She came back to the living room empty handed.

“Didn’t find anything you wanted huh?” He sat on her couch as if he belonged there.

“Nah.” She plopped down beside him.

“Listen, feel free to watch some TV. or something, I’m gonna go and jump into the shower for a bit to try and cool off. I’ll be back soon.” With that she was up off the couch and running up the stairs. If she had of stayed any longer with him, she wouldn’t have been able to resist reaching for his hair any longer.

His golden eyes followed her sweet rump as she left up the stairs. She looked so sweet and delicious. He already had half a hard on, and if he didn’t finally tell her how he felt, he was going to go insane. After he heard the water turn on, he gave it a couple of minutes and went up after her.

Kagome stepped into the cool water, it was definitely refreshing. She closed her eyes as the water rushed down her face.

Of course, Sesshoumaru chose that moment to silently enter the bathroom. The sight before him brought everything forth. She was naked and she was gorgeous. She was an empress of old, delightfully sinful. He quickly shed his clothing and stood there, just breathing, trying to steady himself before he did the boldest thing in his life.

Kagome took a step back to get her head out from the water and bumped into something. Something solid and fleshy. Before she could say a word, his hands were around her waist, and his mouth at her ear.

“Kagome, I have been wanting to tell you something for a long time now.” He whispered.

“Sess, I…”

“Wait, please let me say this before I lose all the courage I have built up over so much time. I, I have watched you when you were with my brother, and saw how unhappy you truly were. I was there for you when he left you for your best girl friend Kikyo. I have always been here Kagome wishing you would notice and give me the chance I’ve always wanted. Kagome, I, Sesshoumaru Taisho am in love with you.”

It seemed like forever that they stood there, the water streaming down her front while he held her to him. Then Kagome turned around to look into his eyes, and placed her hands upon his chest.

“Sesshoumaru, I must say, I have a confession to make. I only went out with your brother so I could be closer to you. Of course I wouldn’t be happy with him. I was really glad he and Kikyo are together, but the way he dumped me really sucked.”

“Truly? You never loved my brother?”

She gave a little laugh and her smile reached to her eyes.

“Yes, truly. I, Kagome Higurashi am in love with you Sesshoumaru Taisho.”

“That is the most wonderful thing I have ever heard. Kagome, may I?” He glanced down at her, his hand already reaching for the hanging spoof in the corner.

She blushed a bit, then smiled, her eyes following his hand. “Sure. Make sure to lather the soap really good, the spoof gets a little rough if you don’t.”

He looked as if he had died and gone to heaven. His cheeks were flush and had a goofy grin on his face. He looked at the different soaps that were on the shelf and had to ask.

“Um, which one is yours?”

Kagome giggled again and pointed out a tan bottle. “That one there.”

He grabbed said bottle and proceeded to squeeze a massive amount of soap onto the spoof.

“Whoa tiger, that’s plenty.”

She took the bottle of soap from him and placed it back on the shelf. He stuck the soap covered spoof under the stream of water behind her and began to lather it up. Within seconds, soapy bubbles covered his hand.

“Where do you want me to start?”

“Anywhere. How about here?” She pointed to her shoulder.

“Okay.” He ran the bubbly spoof in small circles across her top first, then began to slink down to her breasts, slowly roaming around one then the other.”

Kagome never thought having a cold shower would feel so good. Having someone else bathe her, especially in a sensual way, was, well arousing. He was moving down to her navel now and she could feel her heartbeat pound against her chest, her breath was picking up slightly.

Sesshoumaru raised an eyebrow. “You’re still…?”

She nodded and bit her lip. “Its one of the other reasons your brother left me. I didn’t want to, and he would get so mad when I wouldn’t go any further.”

“Why didn’t you tell me?”

“I didn’t want you to get mad at him. I know how you two can get.”

He merely nodded and went back to washing her precious wonderland, taking his time, then moved to her legs. When he was finished he stood up.

“Turn around.”

“Why?”

“So I can wash your back.” He gave her a duh look as she complied.

Once again he started at the top and worked his way down. When he got to her buttocks, he sweetly kissed each cheek before swirling the soap filled spoof over them gently. Her front was almost completely rinsed off while she was standing in the stream of constant water. He stood and pressed firmly against her receiving a small gasp from her. He was firm indeed.

He leaned over into her ear and whispered.

“You see what you do to me? Every time I see you I feel like this.” To make his point clear, he pressed her further into him, sliding his member between her cheeks, making her oh so wet. Her other cheeks burned with that knowledge.

“Kagome, can I…?”

She gave him a questioning look.

“Can I taste you? Your scent is so amazing, I wish to taste the divine things you hold.”

She had no words, so she nodded in agreement. He turned them so they switched places, and when he water hit his back he hissed. The cold felt so good. With one arm wrapped around her, he lowered them to the floor gently as one could in a bathtub. He placed butterfly kisses all over her burning skin until he got to her breasts. He took one in his mouth and the other in his hand. He sucked gently on the right while caressing the left, flicking the growing taut nipple. Then he pulled up and flicked the right nipple with his tongue and moved over to repeat the same thing to its twin.

Kagome felt her arousal begin to grow within her lower self. Sesshoumaru however was not done with her. He licked and kissed his way down past her belly button, pausing a moment to give it a tickle. When he got to her gateway, his eyes were only half open. She was so intoxicating. She smelled like roses in the wild wind of spring. He spread her legs as far as possible then opened her lips a bit. Her gleaming pearl flashed back at him.

Sesshoumaru leaned in and slowly licked the bundle of nerves, eliciting a small moan from her. He teased her a few more times before moving lower to her sweet core. Without warning, he delved into her warm wetness and drank deeply. She grabbed at his head with her left hand. If her heart could burst out of her chest, it would. What he was doing to her felt so good. Her moans did him no good, he was hard as ever. So much so that it hurt.

When he removed his tongue from her she whimpered from the loss, but it was soon replaced with a single finger. Another much louder gasp exited her lips. He slowly slid in and out of her once, then slid two fingers in. He thought he would lose it right then and there, she felt so wet and ready.

He looked in her eyes, and they said it all. His asked, and hers answered. He positioned himself.

“Are you ready? I don’t want to hurt you koi.”

“I know, I’ve always wanted it to be you, so yes, I am ready.”

“I’ll go slow first, so you can get used to the feel of me, then I will only move if you ask me to.”

“Okay.”

He lifted her slightly and teased her opening a bit with his head. Whimpering and moans were about all she could respond with.

“P-please Se-Sesshoumaru, I need you inside of me. Please.” She was breathless.

He slowly penetrated the woman in his arms. So slow in fact he thought he would be dizzy from it.

“Are you okay?” He whispered.

“Yes, I am alright. Please, it feels so oh good. Go deeper.”

He slides a little further.

“Deeper.” She pleads, grabbing onto the shower curtain with her right hand.

He slides in more.

“Deeper!” She commanded.

With a grunt, he pounds into her petite form both moaning in unison, causing Kagome to rip down the curtain. Finding that lying in the bathtub was proving too small, he lifted her with him without ever breaking the contact and moved to sit on the edge on the tub, sitting her on his lap. They both found this was a very pleasing position as it allowed him to penetrate deeper, and for her to have some kind of control.

She placed her hands on his shoulders and leaned in to kiss him passionately. He took the opportunity to pound into her again. She moaned while in his mouth, their tongues twirling around each trying to gain control. Not one to sit still, Sesshoumaru grabbed her hips and began to move them both, looking for the release they both have been needing for so long.

Kagome couldn’t take his slow pace anymore, she took hold of his shoulders and began to go faster, grinding whenever she could, eliciting deep throaty moans from her new lover. She knew she was close, she just hoped he was too. She could feel herself starting to clamp, her muscles tightening around his swollen penis. Every time they moved they moaned.

“Ka-kagome, I’m ah I’m oh Kami.”

“Oh Se-Sesshoumaru, I’m so oh oh ah close.”

He reached down with one hand to tease her glittering pearl to help them both to climax. She felt so tight and so good, he was ready to come. He felt so hot and so hard, she was so ready.

If anyone could time it perfectly, they did. Both coming at the same time, crying each other’s names, breathless. Holding onto each other tightly. When they could both raise their heads, they stared into each other’s eyes.

“Nothing beats the summer heat,”

“Like good ‘ol fashioned sex.”

They both laughed and hugged each other.

Eh? So whaddya think? It’s only a one-shot, I do not plan on continuing this story. It was just something in my head (or elsewhere) that I wanted to jot down for everyone else’s’ pleasure. Believe me, my toes were curling on this one. I think I know what I wanna do when the husband gets home…*L* Review!
