Apples never fall far from the tree
Chapter one
Disclaimer: I don't own Inuyasha T.T
A/N:This is my first chapter of "Apples don't fall far for the tree". I'm gonna try to do a cliffhanger and it will be sort a WAFF.So enjoy and R&R.
A panicky Ryomaru ran swiftly down the halls of the palace. He had to find his father Inuyasha, he knew his dad would understand. Ryomaru followed his nose at it led him straight to his father Sesshomaru's study, but the daiyokai had company but it was only his grandmother. He stood outside the door and waited to be called in."Come in Ryomaru" he heard Sesshomaru's voice through the door. He walked in "Good morning Oto-san, Good morning ChiChi-ue, Good morning Grandmother" he said polietly. Inuyasha knew his son to well, when ever Ryomaru was being nice in front of him that meant that his pup needed to talk.
Sesshomaru looked at the two with a mild fixation as the pair just stared at each other.Ryomaru looked at his father and made his eyes a bit larger, showing Inuyasha that what he had to say was urgent and important.Inuyasha led his son to his favorite spot, the gardens and they both sat down in front of the lake.Ryomaru flopped down next to his dad "I've finally done the stupidest thing I could do" he said with a frustrated sigh.Inuyasha was staring at the lake, the only sign that he was listening is when his ears turned in the direction of his son."Which is?" Inuyasha asked curiously.Ryomaru began to think about what had happened.
*****Flash-Back*****
Ryomaru and Tomonori were just like a pair of ningen teenage brothers. They fought constantly both verbal and physically. But after what happened today they both knew that their relationship would never be the same. They always bad-mouth each other so today shouldn't have been any diffrent but, when Ryomaru called his brother a "baka onna" all hell broke loose. Ryomaru wasn't even sure how it happened. All he knew was that five seconds late they fell down the hill and he had pinned Tomonori under him.
"What the hell's gotten into you?" Ryomaru yelled not letting his now struggling brother up yet. Tomonori knew his brother all to well.He knew that if he wanted up he would have to tell his brother the truth, but not the whole truth. "I had a bad day" he mummled as he stopped struggling under his brother. But the truth of the matter was that he broke up with his girlfriend Kanye, he finally admitted to himself that he was in love with Ryomaru.'Can't you see baka? can't you see how much I love you?' Tomonori thought sadly.What Ryomaru did next shocked both himself and Tomonori. He leaned down and captured his brother's still pouting lips with his own, Tomonori quickly responded.That surprised Ryomaru more than his own actions and he quickly got up to talk to his dad.
*****Flash-Back Ends*****
So here he was now talking to his father, trying lamely to tell him what happened. He highly doubted that there was an easy way to tell him so he just spit it out. "I kisses Tomonori...and he kissed me back" he said shyly. Inuyasha embraced his son "It seems to run in the family" he said chuckling. Ryomaru looked at his with a confussed expression on his face.(A/N:Inu and Sess never told their kids about them being brothers.They thought it was obvious, it ones of those "You don't know because you never asked" situations.) Inuyasha looked at his son in disbelief "Oi pup! you mean to tell me you can't put two and two together?" he let out an exasperated sigh as Ryomaru still sat in front of him with a blank expression. "Your...father...and...I...are...brothers" he purposely said it as slow as possible
"How could you never tell us?" Ryomaru asked dumbfounded as he laid his head down on his father's lap.Inuyasha snorted "Feh! your the only one who hasn't figured it out yet, your brothers and sister have known for ten years" he said tapping lightly at his sons head. Ryomaru just sighed as he looked out on the lake. Inuyasha began rubbing behind his ears "Remember this Ryomaru" he started.Ryomaru turned to look up at his dad "Love comes in odd places" he said stilling rubbing his sons ears, Ryomaru nodded. "Do you love him?" Inuyasha asked quietly.
