Yasha's Challenge

Chapter One:
He doesn’t understand


“Sukebe!!”

Kagome almost winced, almost. Sango’s punishments were getting harsher and harsher and she really didn’t think Miroku could take it anymore. Speaking of the pervert, Miroku had once again grabbed Sango’s butt and was now sporting several bumps, via Hiraikotsu.

Kagome sighed, “Sango, I really think you’re going to give him a concussion.” Sango gave her a blank look, “Con..cussion? Kagome shook her head, “Never mind.”

Inuyasha stared on, arms folded in his sleeves, a look of confusion on his face. ‘I don’t think I’ll ever understand these two. Sango swears she loves Miroku, even agreed to be his wife, and yet she beats him ruthlessly with her weapon. And same with Kagome! What with that damned sit command I can’t even get near her!’ Inuyasha growled at the thought of the evil sit command.

“Inuyasha, why are you growling?” Shippo had crawled into said hanyou’s lap, and was looking up at him with something akin to curiosity and fear. Inuyasha stopped growling, not wanting to scare the kit, “Keh.”

Shippo was about to shoot back a response, but he was shot out of Inuyasha’s lap instead. Inuyasha had stood up so fast he’d rocketed the kitsune out of his lap and into a tree. He fervently sniffed the air. A low growl rumbled through his chest again, “Naraku.”

Suddenly the entire group was up and tense, ready for battle. Miroku held his sutras ready and Sango held Hiraikotsu with a full grown Kirara by her side. Kagome had her arrows at the ready, but was more of to the side, protecting Shippo rather than battling.

It was Kagura they saw first, the wind sorceress swooped down on them, bringing hoards of demons with her to battle. The demons kept Sango and Miroku occupied long enough for her to turn her attention on Inuyasha.

“Well, if it isn’t little Inuyasha?” She mocked. Kagura held her fan to her face, only showing her vacant red eyes to her opponent. The red orbs shifted, looking behind her opponent, “And his little wench too.” She addressed Kagome. Kagome huffed, drawing her arrow and aiming it at Kagura, “I don’t need to take that from you,” She drew the arrow back further, “I get it enough from him.”

“Shut up you stupid bitch and shoot the damn arrow already!” Inuyasha shouted back at her, irritated that she’d be talking about such a stupid thing during a battle. Kagome’s eye developed a little tick, she let the arrow go and turned her next one on Inuyasha, “Stop calling me a bitch you stupid dog!”

Inuyasha gulped, he hadn’t expected her to turn on him like that. Kagura had dodged the arrow and was laughing, “Hahaha! Inuyasha you are a fool indeed!” She sauntered over behind him and rapped her arms over his shoulders, Kagura looked at Kagome from her position. “I bet you’re tired of him, aren’t you girl?”

Her voice was sweet, meant to sooth and sound caring. Inuyasha didn’t fall for it for a second, but he couldn’t move with a demon behind him and an arrow aimed at his heart. Kagome on the other hand let down her guard, “Yeah I am, he never listens to anything I say! And he’s always calling me names!” She ranted on about how he constantly compared her to Kikyo and how he treated her like dirt.

Kagura nodded, “I bet you just wished he would understand, don’t you?” Inuyasha couldn’t believe this, here he was, life in danger, and they were having girl talk! “Damnit Kagome! How can you be about something like this at a time like this!!” Kagura tightened her grip on him, “You’ll do well to stay silent Inuyasha, you’re in no position to talk.”

“Kagome.” She spoke to her, “You want Inuyasha to understand, yes?” Kagome nodded, “Then I shall show him for you.”

Kagura removed her hold on Inuyasha and began chanting a spell under her breath. Inuyasha came down to his knees, his body shaking uncontrollably and glowing with an unearthly light. Kagome gasped and dropped her bow, she ran over to Inuyasha, “What are you doing to him!?” She shouted at Kagura.

“I’m only doing as you asked Kagome.” She chuckled low and finished her incantation.

Inuyasha’s body convulsed again. He was completely surrounded in a flash of white that caused Kagome to recoil from him. A scream could be heard, but it wasn’t Inuyasha’s voice. “What’s going on?” Kagome voiced.

Sango and Miroku had taken care of the demon hoard and ran over when they saw the light. “What’s happening to him?” Sango shouted at Kagome, who could only shake her head.

Finally, the light faded. All they could see was Inuyasha’s back, he was laying down in a red heap on the ground, unmoving. Kagura had left. Kagome slowly crawled over and placed a hand on his shoulder, “Inuyasha?”

Inuyasha stirred and groaned. He slowly sat up and faced Kagome. “Kagome? What’s wrong?” He looked at her confused. Kagome, as well as Miroku, Sango, and Shippo were all staring at him, mouths agape. “Inuyasha..your..your..” Kagome couldn’t say it, so Shippo did for her. “Inuyasha you’re a girl!!”

“What?” Inuyasha noticed that his voice didn’t sound quite right, “My voice?” He grabbed at his throte, “What’s wrong with my voice?! I sound like a girl!!” Kagome grabbed his hands and stared at him good and hard, “Inuyasha..” she swallowed hard, “You are a girl..”

Indeed it was true. His face had rounded out and his once unruly long hair had shortened to his shoulders and was silky smooth like his brothers. Inuyasha’s ears and eyes remained, but when he looked down he really didn’t care about those. His body had become smaller, his arms and legs were shorter and his skin was smooth and feminine. When Inuyasha looked down he saw something that he had feared most. He had a pair of breasts, two large, C cup breasts.

And that’s when Inuyasha fainted.
