Chapter 1: Good Morning
Kouga lay sprawled upon the dewy grass of the flower-dappled meadow, his arm flung over his eyes blocking the early morning sunlight. A warm body pressed against him as a lilting voice said, "Kouga, wake up."
Without opening his eyes Kouga turned on his side and wrapped an arm around his lover. Tightening his embrace, Kouga murmured, "Don't wanna."
"Wake up, Kouga. Please."
He yawned then mumbled, "Go back to sleep, Kagome."
Laughter tumbled from his woman's soft, tempting lips. "Time to get up, Sleepy-head."
Kouga nuzzled his mate's neck. "Let me go back to sleep, Woman or else I won't be responsible for my actions."
His beautiful Kagome laughed as she wiggled in his arms. Nudging his shoulder she commanded, "Wake up!"
"Make me."
"Is that a challenge, Mate? Never underestimate a miko, my Love."
Kouga growled in pleasure as his mate's soft tongue licked his ear. "Mmm, that's the spot." Laughing, Kagome licked his cheek then trailed wet kisses to his lips.
"Wake up, Kouga."
Kouga grinned, showing his fangs, as his mate's ministrations became feverish. "Damn, Woman. After last night, I deserve some rest."
Kagome laughed loudly. "Come on, Kouga. Get up!"
"Let me sleep a little longer, then I promise to 'get up' for my horny, little bitch."
Roughly shaking his shoulder, Kagome practically yelled, "Wake up!"
Kouga opened his eyes in irritation. "Kagome, I love your fiery spirit but I am the alpha and you will do as I say. Now, be quiet and let me sleep."
Kouga's willful mate stared at him defiantly. Smiling sweetly, Kagome said in a deep masculine voice similar to Ginta's, "Wake up, Kouga."
Kouga jerked awake to discover Ginta and Hakkaku kneeling on the ground next to him laughing so hard they were crying. Dumbfounded, Kouga stared at the wolf in his arms. The wolf stared back at him then licked Kouga's nose.
