To think that sweet little Shippou would come up with the thought of making Miroku think he lost his manhood is just so hilarious! Not nescisarily the thought of Shippou thinking this, but just that thought.

Actually Asian babies (or of Asian desent) usually have a lot of hair when born. I'm half Japanese and my mother told me how when the American doctor was delivering me he told Mom that "You have a hairy baby". My sister also had lots of fuzzy black hair.
So Kagome shouldn't be surprised since she *is* Japanese and that's the norm for Japanese babies.
