Puss in boots was a favorite childhood story of mine! Second only to Princess and the Frog. When I was in grade school, I actually played the part of the princess. I also played Puss in the Puss in Boots play too! I could remember everyone's lines! Hahaha!
It's wonderful to see how well Sesshoumaru has settled into the role of family man and father. Him being able to separate his public facade of ruler from his father persona is awesome! You portrayed it very well here.
another great point was the Princess Royal, Keiko. How she sort of herds her younger brothers, in such a motherly fashion. She's been watching her daddy VERY closely! It's so true, there's a mother-child in EVERY family! She's the one that seems to take over and make sure mother's rules are observed and OBEYED! I was that child in my family, even though I'm not the oldest daughter. My eldest daughter, Moni, is that child in mine.
