Will this story be continued or is it abandoned. I'm a bit confused about what's going on or where this is going but I'd like to read more to find out.

Wow Inutaisho really is in ass. He would really sentence his son to a life a of misery with a woman who is so superficial and thins so much of herself and would be only mating him for his money and status? I also don't understand why Sessh doesn't stand up for himself, I can understand him not fighting back about certain things but not something that will affect him and make him miserable for the rest of his life. He's quite stupid if he doesn't stand up for himself on this most important issue and at least confront his dad about his father's miserable relationship with his own mom and at the least ask his dad why he'd want to sentence him, his own son, to a life of misery.

I'm curious about what happened to Kagome's parents, will we find out ? I'm also curious about how come she got upset over being called a commoner because while she doesn't like to be called anything other than her name, the way she reacted made me wonder if she was just overreacting or if it was something deeper & had something to do with why she wasn't with her family. The mere fact that everyone seemed shocked that she was even born & survived made me wonder if her birth & survival was due to her having powerful very powerful (& possibly well known) parents. I guess I'm trying to think of any possible fact that would help her & Sessh eventually end up together because the way it seems now, especially with her constantly freaking out, overreacting & her inability to control her actions or her mouth no matter where she is or who she's with makes it seem extremely unlikely. I also wonder if she'd get along with Sessh's grandfather as he seems open minded & like he's very curious about her. I'd like to read more of this & see where this is going & what will happen next. I'm dying to know if she & Sessh are supposed to end up together in this story or is it just supposed about 2 individuals who have a difficulties getting close to others while they are at an age where most are busy socializing before they eventually settle down (especially since Sessh's dad is already trying to get him to mate this horrible female & Sessh doesn't appear to have much of a backbone & is unable to even speak his mind to either of his parents). I kind of wish that his grandfather would at least speak up on his behalf

Hey so I just finished reading the last chapter and the way it explained youkai it seemed to state that they had given up so much of what they were and are now much more like humans but I had to reread it twice because I was somewhat confused. It stated that they'd given up much of their powers and abilities and that they'd given up their longevity and that the last youkai to be in touch with his instincts had died like 60 years prior but earlier in the story it stated that Sessh's grandfather is supposedly over 3,000 years old.
