"It seemed like the more Sesshomaru was around the tiny Miko, the more it felt like all the doors in his perfectly controlled, fully compartmentalized mind were being bashed open leaving his thoughts in a" In a...what?? lol

Well, I can't say this surprises me. Things rarely go so smoothly that people just slowly open up without going back a bit. It's a process, that's all there is too it. I hope he finally realizes that his mother was just as jealous of Noriko as any other woman might be in that situation. Can't wait to read more. Hope everyone is ok after the ceiling collapsed! Do you know what caused it? That would be rather worrying to me and I would probably check out the entire roof lol. Good luck with the reno!

Noriko should be greatly ashamed. No matter what horrible situations she has to endure, Inutaisho's dad didn't bestow his gift to her for her to use that great power as part of her petty revenge, especially not against his own grandpups. She's is being no better than that hateful, vindictive woman her loe mated. She made Lord Masahiro's death be in vain as is all the good they worked so hard to achieve. How will she face him once she meets him in the afterlife where she's to join him shortly. Like Kaede said, "Hate is not forced." Shame on her!

No, no that is not wrong. I have several characters like that. The main one being a Father to my others characters son (they are not married, she donated the egg to her friend, his wife but she is still considered his mother while the other woman is mommy.) I happily make sure he gets what is coming to him continuously XD After all, not all characters can have happy endings even if they had sad pasts.
Great chapter, I feel bad for Rin. They should have known better as she has shown to be much older mentally.

...Someone give me a tub of Holy water. I am going to push that woman in myself and watch her melt, turn to dust or whatever it is she will do. I wonder, will Sessh start remembering about Noriko as time goes on? Just because he was young, does not mean he would forget everything.

*laughs* Glad it amuses you XD Maybe we just think alike? Glad to hear you think a head in your work! I never could write chapters ahead. I just wrote and wrote and wrote as much as I could until I couldn't anymore...maybe that is why I have a hard time completing anything?
Anyways, great chapter. It's interesting that her blood works for him but not the other way while his saliva works to heal her. I wonder if that is what she needs, though that may be a bit odd. Maybe like a kiss or something. *shrugs* Who knows...well, you do lol. It's starting to look like maybe his getting his power back, while linked to her blood, may also be linked to the emotion behind it himself. He wanted to heal her, even if he didn't understand why, showing he cares. Something tells me that this may be what pushes them together. The more they work together and feel about the other, the more things start working? After all, Noriko's spell may have come from anger and hatred, but it originated out of love and loss. It could be a reverse thing. They hate each other and there is anger there. Now they need to learn to love one another? Anyways, can't wait to read more and see what you come up with.
