Kagome has confused and frustrated me several times in this story. Doubly so now at the way she's thinking that she has to do everything on her own and turn away from him just as he's beginning to soften toward her. Right now I want to smack her on both cheeks. The cancer may be leaving her body but her twisted defeatist attitude is getting worse.
