Your story is really good, and the progression of their relationship is quite believable! It's interesting, but this story reminds me of another story I read, by RosieB called "Ghosts" on fanfiction.net which has a similar premise. But of course your's takes a different path. Even without a beta, I though the last chapter was great. Love it so far!

this is a fascinating story. It has a sense of realism about it. No fairytale miracle cure or sudden love perhaps but it does have a strong sense of hope to it.
for being bata less it only has a few typos and that's pretty impressive too.
