I wonder if Inuyasha makes a beautiful girl. It would be interesting to read about that.

Cool, glad you updated, and I like what you did here. I like that Sesshoumaru got his head out of his ass early with the whole 'filthy half-breed' thing, and I love how you handled that, making Inuyasha famous but yet hanyou in general still face prejudice, so it got thrown in his face what a hypocrite he was being. This ought to be interesting. I'm wondering...will Sesshoumaru end up (reluctantly) falling for Inuzumi as time goes by, only to then later in some comedic climax of events find out who 'she' really is? I fully get what you mean about 'outlined', as in, you know basically what you want to do with this story but it's not actually written yet. I also know that when that's the case, sometimes the story can take on a life of its own, LOL, but just so long as you keep updating it it's all good. :-) Looking forward to seeing what happens next.

wow, i already love it so far. Though I'm frustrated with how you're only posting one chapter a week. I really don't have patience with stories that i like, especially when i know that you've already finished it! please please post up the rest of the chapters!

I loved the first two chapters. Intriguing beginning, and the characters are well written. I'm curious to see what happenes next!

Interesting story so far... So Inuyasha doesn't know who his birth father is? Wonder if it's going to turn out that he and Sesshoumaru are related. You said the elder daiyoukai was his father's 'only heir' but that doesn't necessarily mean anything since illegitimate children are not considered heirs, and I've seen AU stories before where it later comes as a surprise to them that they're related. Not that it really matters to me personally one way or the other, because Inu/Sess fics are almost always 'incest' fics. People just toss in a little made-up nonsense that to inu-youkai it 'doesn't matter' and that's that. It would actually be refreshing if it turned out they are legitimately not related to one another, simply for the sake of something different, but it won't be a turn-off if they are.

And by the by, "Aiko" does mean love-child in Japanese, and it's a traditional female given name, but I don't think it hurts anything that you're using it as a surname instead. I wouldn't worry about it. Looking forward to seeing where this story goes from here. :-)
