OMG! Sesshoumaru really should have asked. It was kind of hot that he didn't and just took control but that is not the way to healing a briken InuYasha. And what will the kids think? One of them might not be too happy with the new development.

Oh my god oh my god oh my god that was amazing I was totally breathless by the end and almost crying that there wasn't more. I want more please please please this story is getting so beyond wonderful and hot so I will do something I don't usually do beg for an update and soon. Please please please I want to read the rest of the mating sooooooooooooo bad. Thank you so very much for sharing this wonderfully fantastic story.

The tornado alarm is going off here and I'm not paying attention. Think I'll go and have a good weep over this... You're quite right about the angst not being finished and I think I know why. The Alpha means well,very well, but damn it Sess never asks! He decides that something is to be done and that's the way it will be... and Inu needs to be asked! And talked to, actions may speak loudly but sometimes you just need the words. He's too deeply hurt to take anything at face value, even a big wacking ceremony that was organized just to keep him alive... Inu's not thinking quite clearly, is he? I think he's devalued himself too low to truly understand being the focus of someone's care and attention.

BRILLIANT chapter! You have no idea as to how eagerly I await the updates on this one. STRENGTH has been utterly fabulous, from brutal beginning to the last chapters which mix love, romance, tragedy and KAWAII all at once. Loved the Tantric pattern, it makes utter sense that the Yokai would use tantric magic, they're all about energy after all. And it's such a beautiful pattern too, the actual ceremony was stately, gorgeous, well planned - in other words, totally Sesshy. I love how Lord Formerly Clueless is putting together the pieces, very slowly, of what's wrong with Inu, and Inu himself is slowly getting clues that the brother who hated him DOESN'T anymore, big time. They're BOTH poor at emotions, it's not just Sess. Marking him at the end of the ceremony made perfect sense, and boy, doing it in public too, talk about a LOUD message to the other yokai. I was pleased and impressed that the other daiyokai themsevles were pleased and impressed with Inu and seemed happy to help, the amount of power the four of them raised was stunning. And although I'm VERY sorry the process, a truly impressive stopgap, hurt Inu it made heaps of sense that it WOULD, that much power flooding a dying body would make for ouch-time. Other things I liked: the various children's reactions at being sent away to a kid's party (Yuusha snubbing his sire, heheh), Sesshgy noticing that a certain Wolf prince was stepping in to help Inu and making damn sure that HE got there first. And the very hot mate marking itself - the audience is going to need to find some privacy, not just the mates. And very silly question: WHO exactly DID the other yokai think had carried the Triplets? Sesshy would hardly go for just anybody.

I liked what you did with the ceremony and eclipse. It opened the way for several things to happen. Beyond what I hope is an extension on Inuyasha's life, giving him and Sesshomaru more time to work on heart of the problem, Sesshomaru also mated him (sorry Kouga). That should confirm to Inuyasha that Sesshomaru is not just using him to work out his carnal desires or bear him more children. I always had the feeling that Sesshomaru should create the bond of mating for conception to occur this time around. Poor Inu and all the pain he has to go through. In this story, I wonder what side affects there are to the mating. Will Sesshomaru be able to see through all of which Inuyasha has been able to hide in the past? Also, Yuusha cracks me up. Seems he's learning how to oh so subtly get under Sesshomaru's skin while staying devoted to Inuyasha who he knows has suffered so much and loves him and his siblings endlessly.

I've waited for like...ever for an update and it was a good one. But only one chapter?! WtF is that?! WRITE MORE NAO!

Hopefully Inu won't be suffering from as much pain for quite a while. I totally love Sesshoumaru for waiting for an audience to claim his mate. All that desire flowing through Inu will have to find release. I'm sure his Alpha will be more than happy to help. And soon enough a new litter of adorable puppies will come along. YAY!!!!!

I so love this story, It is so awesome!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! OK OK I know I haven't taken the time to review, but I am now. I loved the ceremony and the snub by yusha was the best, but the taken of him as the mate in front of everyone was that icing on the cake!!!!!!!! I can't wait for the next chapter. OH and before I forget I TOTALLY LOVED THE SCARED TREES, THAT I HAVE PRINTED AND MADE A BOOK FOR MYSELF TO READ AGAIN. KEEP UP THE GOOD WORK!!!!!!!!!!!!
