this is awesome!

You're a Goddess of Angst and I really approve how you've been handling this story. These are strong, difficult people and they would NOT have easy, trite solutions to the truly HARD problems you've handed them. Mated or not, Inu remains rightfully suspicious of his brother's actions, too emotionally and physically weary to easily believe that his life will become easier, kinder, more loving outside of his children. And your Sess is right on, really trying to do right by the brother he's so deeply wronged and whom he's obviously falling in love with but not able to verbalize his need of Inu, his need for his family. He just bloody well ARRANGES things, quite grandly, with poor Inu missing most of the clues (Inu love, your brother called in the other Dai-Youkai to not only fix you in an amazing ceremony but also witness your mating) and assumes/hope/decides that all will be well. He's very smug, your Sess, and it's wonderful watching Yuusha poke holes in him - and then be a jealous little kid. I'm STILL laughing over the puppy ear mating mark, hooray for Inu!

I love this story keep up the great work I hope kouga finds love too that would be nice so please keep the stories ah coming.

Mee-chan was right, Sessshoumaru's mating mark is sooooo cute! I had no idea what the mark could have been, I would have never gotten any sweet treats:-) Great chapter, look forward to the next one!!!

That was totally awesome I loved the mark on Sesshoumaru so poignant. I loved how Inuyasha was no longer in as much pain although I can't wait till he has no pain it almost hurts me every time I read of how much pain he's in. Yuusha's remark about the mating was totally priceless. You can almost see the smirk that would have been on his face as he speaks a total truth. I can imagine the look on Sesshoumaru's face as he looked at his family about to eat all together my grandfather had that look you could tell how thrilled he was when most of his family was there for the holidays I use to watch him and think he was going to burst with happiness sometimes. I better explain a little though my father died before I was born so for me my grandfather was the closest thing I had to what a father was so I paid pretty close attention to him so I can imagine how Sesshoumaru was feeling. Thank you so much for this awesome story and I'll be waiting to see where you go from here.

I thought it was cute. Now Sesshoumaru will really have to watch to make sure that he keeps himself in check. Yuusha is not happy.

And once again, we are left with this thing called a "cliffy". WtF?! Have mercy on us poor souls would you?! Just make Yasha preggers already and get to the good stuff!!
