Just a word of advice from someone who's done this alot... the summary is about the most important thing when it comes to a story and getting readership. It's the thing that catches people's eyes and draws them in. Saying something like you did will get people to ignore it. The mindset is if that someone can't come up with a summary for something the story must not be good or well written either.

No, summaries aren't easy, i struggle with every one of mine, but they are a must if you want something noticed. They are the key 'selling point' for something you've done. To not do a summary will get your writing ignored. Not something you want, I'm sure. Though they are difficult, you really need to sit down and think of how to describe the plot you have in a short couple sentences then post it. Honestly, you might think it's lame but it's better than nothing
