I think this one-shot was decent, but there were some things that you should consider editing. One is the lack of description of Kagome's feelings. Sure, she was upset, and depressed, but I think you could have gone a little deeper. Also, as an earlier reviewer pointed out, where was her miko powers? The lack of it was bothersome because her character would have been more In Character if she attempted to fight back some more.

That was depressing. Good but depressing, and a good start for another chapter story if you get bored and wanna write more.

That was really good! You are right about the not too sweet (ha! ha!), but it was a good read. I enjoyed Sesshoumaru's thoughts on his feelings towards Kagome.

And where was Kagome's miko power? At least she could have burned him a little. You have a good writing style but this was depressing. And OC.
