. . . WHAT THE **** ARE YOU THINKING?!?!?!? All of that just a dream? The whole story since chapter... twenty-something? No, that can't be right. A spell or something cast on Sesshy, but all that cannot have been no more than a dream. Even a mind such as Sesshoumaru's couldn't dream up all of that. No, not even.. just NO. NO!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

As far as Rin goes telling her to leave him alone is rather foolish and selfish of the readers. Rin hasn't warented anything other then just being herself and she wasn't the one who initiated anything. She is just growing up.
Rin is still very young anyway to be considered anyones mate. To be honest however, no one will be good enough for Rin in Sesshoumaru's mind and he knows it. It kind of isn't very fair. Rin never asked to be marked and Sess did say he would mate her someday, now he changes his mind. Rin is too young for all this adult game of back and forth.
Sure Sesshoumaru was honest, but still left an open wound for heartbreak. Poor little Rin. With this kind of advice she is going to grow up a very confused young woman and with a heavy secret on her shoulders to boot that could be used against the Inu's. I know he was trying to help, but sometimes men are not very tactful and Sesshoumaru needs to learn to make solid decisions for both Rin and his kingdom.
The only issue I have with the pairing of Father and son is that how can one be a Father figure if he is also a lover? Eventually he too has to make a decision and make Sesshoumaru make that hard choice of letting go of the idea of Father being a Father anymore. I think one has to lose something in order to gain everything. Another decision has to be made eventually. In one of my stories I mentioned in the Father/son pairing that one cannot be ones Father after they had been concentual lovers. One could be a mentor, friend, and lover, but not Father in the same light.
I guess since I was abused by my Father this should disgust me, what my Father did disgusts me. I was only 2 when he started and it lasted daily until I was 13. I wouldn't ever consider my circumstance in this story or I couldn't get past certain chapters.
This is a great story, but I just think that there are lines that need to be drawn or some kind of angst to make Sesshoumaru fully realize what he has gotten himself into instead of him just floating along like everything is honky dory. Toga has already stated his side of things and done his best except he is still allowing Sess to kind of walk over him a bit. Heartache will come when he can't just stand up and say Toga is his mate. Eventually it will be known and then what will they do?

All righty. I know that I have not reviewed before, but that is because I was trying to read all you had written before I did that. This is an awesome story and I really enjoy all of the interactions among the characters. I really like Sairex. He is very amusing. Please, keep going, I love this so much.

A very steamy bath. Very interesting that Toga marked him. Still doesn't explain what is going to happen with poor Rin though, but will wait.

OMG!! I LOVED NARAKU BEFORE BUT NOW I LOVE HIM EVEN MORE!!*giggles* He and Yasha are so funny together.*smiles*

Naraku cracks me up in this fic. Please make him be on the good guy's side. I kind of like the red eyed dark haired hottie in this story. He is amusing as hell and could be a fine ally. Right now the Inu's need all the help they can get.

'Sess, it is just a story.....'
"I still say I should kill him."
'Sesshoumaru......"
"Don't use that tone with me woman. You know I am right."
'Some things are like in the past. I know he is a spider leach thingy, but he is at least amusing where the other bad guys are just.....well.....evil with no personality except evil.'
"True. I guess Naraku was entertaining, but I am still not siding with that bastard."
'Fine have it your way.'

Naraku has a good point. Fighting together would be best against the bandits. I love this story and hope in some ways that Rin's heat drives Sesshoumaru up the wall. He did mark her as his afterall so who's fault is it that his body is reacting this way? Hmmmmmmmm.
"Rin is my ward, not my mate."
'True, besides you are like way too old for her. Like milleniums too old....like a kagillion years too old.'
"I am not that old. I am only 750 years old."
'We are like in my time now dude. That means you have to be over a thousand by now.'

Toga almost had that long limb manipulating coward and he was just out of his grasp. That's worst then being far out of his reach!!! Another great chapter, look forward to the next one:-)

Inuyasha cracks me up. He is right ya know. He should just kill Naraku, but oh well. This should be interesting.
