Wow, that's the way to end a chapter. I hope that Inyasha has not killed his mate. He will not be able to live with his self if he did killed her. How will his children feel if they found out what has happen between Kagome and Inuyasha? Let's hope that Sess is around to revive Kagome if she is the one to fall at Inuyasha's feet. Update really soon.

OHHH!!! You are SO cruel! I can't believe you left chap 19 like that! That was, of course, a great chappie! So thrilling! I was on the edge of my seat, gripping a poor yowling pillow --looks down at my poor cat, 'oh crap!' and releases him, patting him on the head sympathetically-- Wow! *bows down to your greatness* I can't stop myself from grovelling at your feet, lol. I hope this entices you to update quickly --looks desperately at the end of chap 19 at your A/N-- PLEASE!!!

Sorry it's taken me so long to get through all the chapters, but I am totally entranced. I can not wait to see where this one is going. Your descriptions and movement in this piece kept me guessing and moved me to laughter and almost tears on several occasions. It's on the darker side, but your command of the wording and imagery keeps it from falling off the deep end of depression. Keep the great work coming and don't stop writing!

YAY!!! They aren't dead!! =D

I just... OMG! I still am reeling from reading this! *falls to the ground, prostrated at your feet, screaming "I'm not worthy, I'M NOT WoOoRTHyYy!!!"*
I'm not a cryer, but tears were spilling forth when I realized what happened to their babies! And when Inuyasha almost dies and Kagome's screaming at him, my heart was pounding a mile a minute! You kept me thinking throughout the whole story, trying to put things together. At first I couldn't figure out if it was an AU or what. I still can't believe how long it took Kagome to get back. Poor Inuyasha! Poor both of them! I was still floored at the end! Whew!
I read the whole thing last night, and I went to bed thinking about Heartless, woke up thinking about it, and couldn't stop myself from doing so all day long while I was at work and school. I almost want to read the whole thing again tonight, just so I can tell you my favorite parts. There's so many! I'm still beside myself!
You are such an amazing writer, it's no wonder your stories keeping getting awards. I love your Inuyasha-fan-brain!
For the love of all you hold holy, please PLEASE update as fast as humanly possible! Don't let things like life, sleep, bills, and work get in your way!

i somehow always end up starting a story at a bad time. what a place to end at! dramatic, angsty stories are usually not my cup of tea, but really well crafted ones i cannot seem to resist. this one certainly falls into that category! now i shall be waiting on pins and needles to find out what happens next. please do not leave everyone waiting too long! and great job!
