Where does that bastard get off. NOW all of a sudden he wants to be a father to Sesshomaru. That jackass blinded him and now he wants to play father. And who the hell did that to little Inu. Man can't wait to see what happens next. *smiles*

I like your story so far. It's sad and I'm very compelled to keep reading and find out what happens, see some happiness for the characters eventually. I do wonder though why Sesshoumaru's mother hasn't said anything about this woman taking her son. It seems that she wouldn't want him taken away from her, unless she's going with them of course. I feel incredibly sorry for her if she isn't, she'll be alone with nothing anymore.

Wow. So this is a fairly dark story, especially for Inutaishou to lash out like that on a child, regardless if Amarante tricked him into mating with her/having a pup. The jerk. Hmm. Speaking of Amarante- I was really surprised to see that name used. Mostly cause I've only seen it used once before, and that was by Stina the Wicked in her fic We Will Become Silhouettes. Hehe, guess it's just stuck in my head because in that fic Amarante's a total bitch (and could possibly be here, too, but so far... she seems nicer than the WWBS one XD).

In any case, I really do like this fic. It's got an original plot line so far and raises so many questions that reader's have to know and will definitely keep them compelled to continue reading this! For example, I'm wondering about these things: I wonder how Sesshomaru will grow up with the Healer. How Inuyasha plans to make it up to his brother and how he'll grow up without Sesshomaru there. How will Inutaishou be after his eldest son leaves? Who gave Inuyasha those bruises? Will there be justice for the one that hurt the little hanyou? How will the brothers meet again in the future? Will they fight? Will they struggle to accept the other? Will Sesshomaru get his eyesight back? Will love bloom between the siblings?

And those are to name only a third of what I'm thinking. I'll definitely continue to read your fic, and I look forward to your next chapter, great job!

Great story. I have never read one where Sesshoumaru was blind. Or will he regain his eyesite when he is older. I also find it interesting that Inuyasha mother is still alive in the story. Please add another longer (please with sugar on top) chapter soon.
