I nearly cried when InuYasha was at his mother's grave and thought about the engraving. So sad! At least Kagome knows now what she did; it seems as though IY is still pissed (OBVIOUSLY) at her, at least he didn't basically attack her this time...is he slowly softening up to her?
Don't worry about the short chapter; it was worth the wait! I'm glad you found a good beta - I'm thinking of looking for one myself! I can't wait to see what happens next, but I understand about school and everything. It can get rough sometimes! I'm in a bit of a lull now, so I'm writing more now while I have the time. Don't worry - we won't forget about you! :) I like your idea for the new story, too, but I hope you'll still finish this one! You said you would, so no worries! :)

I have to believe he is suffering from short term memory lost or he is so into himself that he just honestly thinks only of himself! I can't wait to see what happened that he can't get over and that Kagome doesn't remember. Great work!

I boo-hooed through the last couple of chapters. She was so heartless so maybe the kamis were kind and that's why she was given the opportunity to change. Inuyasha is not going to make this easy for her! I love it! Great work, hun!

ooh... inu's such a dick in this one! sheesh, and i thought inu's portrayal of bobby in "the affair" was bad... lol. oh, man, there's that dirty look! haha. he knows i don't mean it. anyways, how're you gonna get them together? cause i'm hoping that there's some romance between them, and maybe some romance between mir/san?? idk... and i'm going to have sango REAL OOC in this next chapter of "the one-night stand"!!! hahaha. well, good chapter, and yea, your beta's really good.

Okay, first I want to mention that I forgot to say what an assume job you did of working Shippo into the story ^^
And onto this chapter...very interesting in deed. Hehe. Reading what happened in the past, seems like she's a totally different person, but I guess forgetting everything can do that. Very excited to see where this information will lead Kagome and if it will change her in any way!
