Awww, that sux! I worked at bestbuy once, never will I buy, work, endorse, suggest, or support bestbuy after working there.
They never "repair" PCs, hell they don't even look at them anymore, just wipe the hard drive, reinstall, and call it "Fixed".
Also, sorry to hear about your lost chapters and well anything else you had, I know what its like to lose everything on a
PC, in fact World of Warcraft crashed my PC, my blue screen FAILED(omg!) and burned my Heat-Sink compound to dust frying my processor!
Lmao! Funny now, wasn't then I almost cried.

Boo. That sucks!! That happened to a friend of mine not too long ago...and her thesis was on her hard drive. *shakes head* That's awful. Anyway, I'm so glad you're back, and good luck getting everything written again. What a pain!! I'm looking forward to an *ACTUAL* update!! :D
