i have to say that this is amazing, and you almost had me in tears here, i could almost feel Kagome's palpable anger, and her frustration, as well as Sesshomaru's. Its all so new to her and yet here they are all trying to force her into this life, and she has never once had the choice to be anything she has ever wanted. this is such a passionate story, even in its beautiful demur coverlet. i cannot wait for the next chapter in this saga of a story, its so unique! ~r0o

Oh, can't wait to see what Sess-Mom has to say.
So, Liam may have sacrificed himself to protect the youkai secret, but then he lost his family's claim on a powerful priestess that is so important... it seems like he should have used his kitsune smarts to come up with some way to survive and explain how he escaped? (Then again, his twin doesn't seem so sharp, maybe they had to split an IQ.) Or maybe kitsune have better illusion skills so they don't need to rely on a priestess' powers. Guess I'll find out as the story progresses!
