I think the story your looking for is An Inseperable bond by Icyfire-mikodemon. the pairing is actualy kagome/heiei/ kurama/youko/yusuke.kagome goes back to her own time finds hiei and youko/kurama. goes to the dark tournement and meets Inuyasha, shippo, kouga, ayame, ans sesshomoru there.
