I really loved your story, it's a rare thing to see this paring in any form of a readable way. Though I have 2 concerns, one is at the bottom of the page on chapter 3, it seems like you'll be making more chapters, and the story so far contain enough content to do so without butchering it. Secondly what's with the Starbucks, Olive Garden, and Barns and Nobels, it appears as if that you've randomly placed elements for humour, that haven't been so well sewn into the story.

sorry but what a ridiculous fic this is! did you get inspired by the stupid movie "idle hands" or something? and what's up with the slang usage and other stuff from modern day? is this in the feudal times, you mentioned shard-hunting, or is it in the future? very confusing. nice try but i don't think i'm interested in reading the whole thing. but don't discourage, it's still very funny, just not for my tastes is all.
