Well I wouldn't pay attention to the low reviews, especially if they aren't even giving you anything constructive as to why they are giving it a low review.
Its probably because you're writing is actually too intelligent for them given the awful drivel that seem to get great reviews.
I'm glad you aren't going to let it stop you from finishing this story, because I for one enjoy an intelligent read!

Oh man!!! I never would have guessed that what Sesshomaru signed would be adoption papers!!! I thought it was going to follow other story lines and be like he had to marry someone before his 300th birthday or something. I'm glad that I have found a new well written and original story to read. Keep up with the good work!!!

Such a climatic event for the beginning of a story! Man you had me on the edge of my couch (I own a laptop). I had to think abotu what on earth could sesshoumaru need from Kagome at this time. Then I reread your title, and it dawned on me. Wow, hey, I must say, this is really great. I love how this has gone so far. Usually everyone pairs Kagome with Inuyasha before her going to Sesshoumaru's arms. Interesting that she and Kouga were together in the beginning. I hope there are more great chapters to come. Email me when you update.

You have a very smooth writing style and great plot elements, you've also kept the characters in character. It looks like you've got the makings of a really good story here, can't wait for more!!!
