I am still intrigued. Sesshoumaru as a doggy is very cute, and unfortunately, he's not with very nice people. I had a feeling the youkai demon lord was going to be tempted to have his way. Although, I do wonder -why- they didn't try to breed Sesshoumaru in his humanoid form? You probably already answered this, but I've been so busy and wrought will allergies and such that I don't recall. What I think is...maybe they need him like that to contain his youki? As his normal self, it wouldn't be possible for them to control and breed him, correct? Let me know if I'm right or wrong. ^^

I am so glad you updated. I know life takes it toll, which school and all. Believe me, I have both school and work...-_- And I think all your chapters are a good length. Personally, I'd rather read something good rather than some dull long story. Hell, even in books chapters can be a paragraph long. Someone (I corrected them and they understand now though) once complained about the length of my chapters (they're "medium", I guess you'd say, which the person eventually said) but even so, I usually update at least 1-3 times a week. And my allergies are crippling me.

Our readers must think we are lifeless robots with no lives, eh? *pokes*

I would offer a name for Sesshoumaru's mother, but nay, it would take me forever and I wouldn't have a meaning for it. I could come up with it...but it wouldn't have a definate meaning. Same with the demon lords' names. If you need help with anything else, I'll be much obliged to lend a hand.

As always, update whenever you can. Life and school comes first. And well-written stories are better than rushed ones. Ciao for now. >8P

I am still enjoying the story- since you want to go back and forth in time, may I suggest, that perhaps you do a little of present at the end of each chapter or every other chapter? Show what happened to Sesshomaru along the way, yes, but then, keep us informed of how he is doing in the present. For example, at the end of the 2nd chapter, you had InuYasha going to show Sesshomaru around the castle. Perhaps just showing us what he is doing on a daily basis, or even every couple of hours. Remember, you have said a sorceress is due to help get his voice back, well, how about showing that soon? DLS

These are for sure one of the most interesting 2 chapters(prologue and chap 1) I've read over here up till now.
I do love angst and all that mental torture and you are proving to be an Ace in this area.
I loved the way Sess is acting and all his memories of the past 150 years or so. the way of his miscarriages and etc.
I am a little intrigued with Willian, is he only a good youkai or is he one of the former master plotting anything to increase the Inu-family suffering? Also his black hair and his 'wings'(?)Probably I am too crazy... but i do not trust him.
Was the lady who wash his brain out a human? What happened to her and her son?
What kind of Priest was that human or youkai and why did he hate Sess and the Inu-family that much?
soooo many questions...
