This was such an incredible story that I wish you can continue it. It touched my heart. I just really want to know if they do ever meet up again or if they stay apart! Please write a continuation on this story!! I'm hooked!!

depressing

I disagree with triple question mark. While certainly this story had a bittersweet ending, I don't think it was particularly depressing. Sometimes, I think unrequited love is far more beautiful and powerful than so-called "true" love. Sesshoumaru's decision in this story is painful, but speaks of a great devotion and real love for Kagome. He loves her, but he isn't willing to take advantage of her -- because he knows that what she feels isn't real. He respects her enough to let her go...

It's so hard, but ultimately the only choice he has, though I'd love a sequel where they get together and it's all happily ever after, I almost like it more this way. With the hard ending. Anyway. I think you did a great job. Keep up the good work!
