I don't have time (supposed to be at work! Eep!) to read the other chapters, but the first one blew me away. There is true craft to your writing, painstaking detail in every word you choose and image you create. The moment moved in slow motion, bloated and waxen with emotions that brought tears to my eyes. Absolutely stunning, beautiful piece.
