I really enjoyed this story but the only thing I didn't understand was how Kagome had been hurt so bad by the injured wolf. When the 4 souls had said they wanted to live & had chosen Kagome's body as the vessel for themselves, they said they'd protect her. While they went to the trouble of making her an immortal being, then why wouldn't they give her (immortal) body the ability to heal itself? The other immortal beings, like Sessh & the other youkai (such as, the elder wolf youkai who didn't have the ability to take on a humanoid form & even Inuyasha, a hanyou- as a hanyou I don't think he's immortal since he is the product of an immortal & a mortal) have the ability to heal rather quickly without the help of herbs or bandages, so it seems a bit odd that Kagome as an immortal wouldn't have that healing ability (instead of healing, she just continued to bleed until she lost consciousness).

I love your story. I think it is great that Sesshomaru will do anything for Rin when she makes her wish. I love how you made kagome. She just wants to be loved.

I absolutely loved this story. Stayed up an extra two hours just to finish it. I really liked the way you set the stage, how you dealt with the battle and the jewel and how Kagome had changed. The Christmas wish part was adorable. It was perfect, the magic of Christmas made everyone happy in the end. Liked the lemon too.
