you got to love sessy when he is mad that someone hurt inu.

i loved the take charge, meaner than hell sesshoumaru. but he still cared more for inuyasha's safety than he did for punishing naraku. the protective nature that sesshoumaru showed for inuyasha even to his friends set the stage well for a future relationship. the reference to the beginning chapters was just enough to bring it to the reader's mind, but not be overpowering. great chapter.

you really built the intensity in this chapter. the growing emotions, all pulling the reader to the climactic rescue at the end. and for sesshoumaru to find inuyasha in that state was so moving. the scope of this story's attraction is expanding with each chapter. the possibilities for deep psychological breakthroughs between the brothers have been brought out.

i am glad that sesshoumaru rescued inuyasha, but now i can't wait to see what ramifications the experience will cause to whatever relationship develops between the brothers. great chapter.

This is a good, but sad story. I hope they really tear Naraku apart.
