It's 2:30 in the morning, and while I have not the clarity to write a decent review, I will say this about the last four chappies I've just caught up on:

HOT DAMN.

Seriously, you've covered every angle of awesome: in-depth plot, twists, mystery, SEX, blossoming love, intrigue, SEX, schemes, desire, SEX and SEX. Yeah, this story is definitely one of my favorites, and I swear, you have single-handedly made me a Hiei/Kags shipper, because I never could get into that pairing before your fics. God bless you!!!!!

And I have to wonder about who exactly is behind the deaths of Inuyasha, Sesshoumaru and Kouga. Is Kanna and that mirror accounted for, considering their souls are missing? And thinking back on the story of the Great Quest...this whole mess wouldn't have happened had a mortally-wounded thief not surrendered his soul and taken on the appearance of both Inuyasha and Kikyo in order to make them *think* they betrayed each other. Who could do that besides Naraku? I know some of his attachments could. Could someone in the appearance of Sesshoumaru have convinced Kagura he was legit? If so, whose son would Genjiro be in that case? Plus it seems like Kikyo, Kagura and Ayame are loosely working together, or at least they're aware of what the other is doing. What's up with that connection, too? GAH!!!! So many questions and possibilities, but I'm normally heinously bad at guessing the right twist, so I'll leave it to your masterful way with words, sit back and enjoy the ride...every single super badass hot and sexy one of them!!!

it was soooo worth the wait. i am crying. the end of the chapter was soooo sweet, and i get the feeling that someone is going to walk up on them. i will laugh if it is her sons. or shippo. aww heck even one of the other detectives, just because it would be funny. oooh or maybe yemon walks up on them. lol. ok i give you a hug for how great this chapter was. ttyl.

For some reason, the sight seems to have kicked me off. Hmm, interesting. It also apears, as I was rereading the chapter, that I missed the last part there. All I have to say is WOW!!! OH MY DEAR GOD WOMAN UPDATE PLEASE! You like to keep us all chomping at the bit, dont you? Now I have so many questions that are unanswered. For instance, did the souls of the Taiyoukai get purrified or just not move on. Is Sesshomaru back from the dead to teach Kagura a lesson, or is Heie just really good at vantriliquism?! I must know!! or perhaps I am going to far into this and I dont know where I wanted to go with this. Darnit! Maybe Youko magically healed himself and is going to beat the shit out of Kagura becaus he feels like it. I dunno......Answer my questions.....pwetty pwease? And again, good chapter. Adios!

Oh my! It just keeps on getting better and better! I just think that Heie is going to end up killing something before this settles down. But its so cute *w* Ok, now that that is over with, I hope that you update this soon! I really enjoy this story and I am sure that the people that dont have enough wit to review do as well. Ok awesome chapter!!! I'm glad that Kagome and Hiei are finally opening up more! And Whoa!! What’s up with the sudden appearance of Sesshoumaru very good cliffhanger! I can’t wait for the next installment! Keep up the good work!

Such a wonderful story. I'm not really a Hiei fan, period.. but It's a good pairing.

Personally I prefer the three supposively dead Youkai boys. ^_^ {The inu brothers and Kouga} ... So if Kagome isn't useing them anymore, I'll gladly give them a home. :D

Oi! Not fair! Now I'm dying to know what the hell is going on - sneaky witch you! It cant be her mistaking one of the sons as Sesshoumaru since she's seen them before. Not Youko, ears are a dead giveaway.. hm. Really cant be the true Sesshoumaru because that would be crazy awkward with the Hiei situation, because at this point, she would just go back to her mate and this would cease to be a Kag/Hiei fic. /ponders Imposterness? I mean, Naraku has done it before... attachment getting all copy-cat with his daddy's pranks? Guess I'll just have to wait and see!! I really enjoy the length of your chapters and appreciate the time you spend on them, I know it must be difficult. I hope your muse keeps things flowing, because this is a wonderful story. Kagome has a nice balance, she isn't too perfect, you know how those stories go. :)

WHAT?!?!?! Sesshomaru? I don't think so .... hmmmm ..... some thoughts .... Kitsunes can shapeshift, right? Could Shippo have shapeshifted because he secretly had a crush on Kagura? And the shift, because he used magick, was more than just skin deep? And it isn't Sess who is the father of Kagura's son, but Shippo?

Ooooooooo ....... please update soon! I would really like to have my theory tested/confirmed/shot-down-from-the-sky.

I liked the scene with Kags vs Kikyo! But now that part of her soul is dark, when Kagome gets it back, what will it do to her? And of course, gotta love the moment she interupted! As Kagome said, none but a Kitsune would think to interrigate their prisoner by slowly stripping them and "having their way" with them!

Awww! And I'm sure Hiei really didn't mean to confess not only about his past with his familly, but also about his thoughts of her casting a spell on him, only to have them shot down in a very ... interesting way!

Keep up the absolutely, fantastic, wonderful job!!!
