About time that son of a bitch gets his ass kicked. I wholeheartedly approve of him being reduced to a puddle.
Inuyasha needs some tender loving...poor guy. ...I wouldn't mind providing it. O_O

Excellent as always cannot to find out what happens next. I am glad that Sess is really trying to be a good mate and that Naruku is finally dead. There seems there is going to be a lot of Sess proving to Inu that he can be a good mate and also a lot of psychological damage there on Inu's part. All in all I really enjoy reading this fic sitting on the edge of my seat wondering what's going to happen next.

I think you got the reaction right. So many stories have someone immediately after they've been raped asking to be taken to make it "feel right." InuYasha has been nearly destroyed mentally and he's not going to want to be taken for love, but possibly as punishment or because he's resignedh imself to his "role." I think you got that right on the head. And I like that Sesshomaru prefers the fact that InuYasha feels uncomfortable by his touch (as well as the warning before he touched him), because it means that some piece of his mate that wouldn't just accept being submissive and used remains. Very nice chapter, as always.

Wonderful couple of chapters here. I especially like that you AREN'T going to have the 'quick fix' with Inuyasha. He has far more than just the attempted rape to deal with. He has hundreds of years of being made to feel like less than nothing by someone who should have made him feel like a brother. Wrap all that up with the previous actual rape (which he probably just suppressed the emotions from) and you have one sick pup.
I like the confusion that is going on in Sess's head over all of this. The scene where he gets upset that Kagome didn't do what he thought she should is something that our social worker tells us about all the time. The family and friends WANT that quick fix. They WANT the victim to heal quickly because if they don't then those same family and friends become victims themselves.
Thanks so much for sharing this with us!

I had to do a double take to make sure it was really an update and it was *____*.
Inuyasha needed the company of someone who would not pity him or tell him everything would be fine but let him come to himself slowly even though the self hatred remained. At least with Sesshoumaru, he could purge the angry feelings he had against himself without fearing killing him. He would have never done that with Kagome. It was really nice the way you portrayed Sesshoumaru making the point to Inuyasha that it wasn't his intention to hurt Kagome but a natural reflect when you feel you need to go into battle.
Nice going...I like how you are developing their relationship as mates, the new things Sesshoumaru is starting to see in Inuyasha and what Inuyasha is finding out about Sesshoumaru.
Your updates make me happy. Good work!

Alright! Naraku, that nasty bag of parts and pieces of other youkai is dead, dead, DEAD! Way to go Sesshoumaru! As Sesshoumaru was making a nasty pile of sushi out of him, I was reminded of something I read years ago. Not too sure if it was fact or part of a fictional story. There was a form of torture invented by either the Chinese or Japanese (again, a really long time ago for this memory) where the victim was bound tightly in a wire-like mesh and then the protruding flesh was sliced off. It was called the "Death of a Thousand Cuts" or something like that. If you didn't die from shock, you bled to death. Sesshoumaru would have enjoyed using it on Naraku too, I'm sure. If only he could have brought him back a time or two to try out different methods...maybe you can kill Naraku off in another story or dream sequence? Naaa, I like the way Sesshoumaru got rid of him already!!
I also enjoyed Kirara's part; I've always thought that she really cared alot for Inuyasha. And by association now, Sesshoumaru too; although he has done nothing to deserve it. Good thing she was there to help fight Naraku. The group would be lost without her. She let Inuyasha use her for a target when he was perfecting the use of his sword.
Sesshoumaru is still such an ass. He wants Inuyasha healed! Now!! That is not something that Kagome can do; healing a bruised spirit and heart. Sess is not a patient sort at all; how is he going to handle Inuyasha's depression? Although he might wish his 'sex finger' (still laughing at that phrase; it's great!) is the cure-all, Inuyasha will need lots more than that. A bit more angst may be needed to take care of problems between the two before Sesshoumaru and Inuyasha can find their way out of this black hole. Will they discover their inner 'soft'? Taking Inuyasha away from the group was a good idea; they do interfere an aweful lot. That's what happens when there is nothing else to do besides fight demons; eat and sleep;they...pick on each other!! LOL...some things in life never change.
Hot Stuff!! I get home and you have another chappie up!! Thank you!! Thank you!!
