I love the new chapter. But, why is Sesshomaru's mother acting that way. I don't get it. And, why since she is alive, is she living in exile? Is it self imposed, as a protest for being cast aside for Izayoi and Inu? Or, did she anger Inu no Taisho in someway. And where is Izayoi in all this? Doesn't she notice anything strange between her husband and stepson? Anyway, the chapter is good, update soon!~B reading U!

I don't think Sess is too OOC, maybe a little. You still have him as a hatful asshole to Inuyasha, but are showing that maybe he doesn't want to be like that. That he'd like to have a different life and not have to be a cold, angry Sesshomaru all the time. I like it and hope you'll write more!!!

I think that you are doing sesshomaru's POV just fine. A story wouldnt be original if the characters werent alittle OOC at times. He still seems kinda like himself, but since this story is about him suffering, it would be weird for him to act like he does in the manga and the show. You're doing great, keep it up!

I don't think Sessy's mother is going to help him. I'm thinking his unlikely help will come from his hated baby brother, that's karma. Please send an email when U update. Hope it's not a very long time inbetween updates. That was a heck of a cliff hanger U left us readers with.
