I know it sounds crazy but that was both cruel and beautiful. I love your work and every chapter gets better and better. I hope you get to update soon again. I can't get enough from this story.

Finally. I have not yet found a story of yours I have not enjoyed. However, I am completely unable to disassociate myself from a good story, and unless I wanted to spend the last few months in depression, I waited for the 'turning point' in this story.
I loved Tortured Love, but, just like this one, I had waited to read it until AFTER they were out of the prison. Every chapter, I diligently checked to see where they were. I realize there's still some to go, but I can at least breath easier that at least they're together. Phew. I know, I am such a nut ball.
Anyway, in lieu of having waited so damn long: this is a great story.
Tearing Sesshoumaru down is both painful and necessary. I skimmed the rape scene with him as I think him 'getting off' on it, unwillingly at that, was probably the most horrible experience for one like him to experience. That, as you had it, was the breaking point for him. AS plot devises go, it was magnificently agonizing for me.
Kagome's introduction as a traveling miko displayed her strengths and set up a wonderful background. I know where she's coming from, where Sesshoumaru is, and now that they are together the story has no holes waiting to be filled in. Nothing but forward motion, baby!!
I appreicate your oc's, too many to describe and applaud seperately. I love it when 'real' characters are taken from Japanese history and used in a story. In the anime/manga, Takahashi does that as well, which makes this story all that much more realistic and canon to me.
Hmmm...what else...oh! The draw between Shippo and Rin. I think it is absolutely brillant to pair them. It's been done before, but your insight into their predicament leaves me wanting more of that particular subplot. Sesshoumaru is devoted to Rin in the anime/manga, so in a way, this is an opportunity for them both to move on to depend upon others-realizing that they are not alone, basically, that it's a big world out there, and there are others to turn to in need.
I am so excited now that I can safely read this without needing my effexor. LOL. Strange, that I love a good darkfic, but have to be able to see the light at the end of the tunnel before I can truly appreciate it. I am looking forward to more angsty self-revelations and possible tortures (for whomever you plan it for). ANd, given my undying loyalty to your stories, you'll be hearing from me some more, I can guarantee that!
Thanks for this new gem in my collection!!

Congrates to the beta and to your 2nd place award! I find that winning award at all over losing and not getting any award is way better. At first, i didn't read this story because i couldn't satnd sesshy being violated....but after a while of deep thought i decided to listen to a friend of mine (thanks mike!) and read your story. I found that its very descriptive, and deserves its award very much. The only thing i didn't like much was the Yaoi scean -but i just skipped that- i could never read about sesshy being rapped, but i understand that its either apart of the story and has meaning, or its needed for certain events to happen later. It was a bad turn of events for kags to become blind...but her healing powers seem to be healing her pritty damn well. I think that once the bump is gone, her blindness will be gone as well, and she will know who her silent cell-mate is.....I hope hshe helps him out.....
Can she by any chance take the evil spell off of the chains? and what about the drug? can she heal that out of his body? and did she heal all the wounds on his body? making his body at least scarless?
These are questions id like to be answered please....
UP-DATE AS SOON AS YOU CAN!!! :D

Rin... I am sooo missing you. Please write more stuff. I especially can't wait to find out what happens in this fic. You have got me so keyed up with the need to find out more I keep looking here to see if you're back. I'm sorry...I know you have a real life and all,but you have just gotten me so hooked up in your twisted little world [and I say that with great affection and respect, honestly] You have given me a type of entertainment that no other has seemed to do. Just when I think I would never read such stuff you pulled me in with a really wierd sense of fasination and I can't get enough. More, please Rin, I want some more. Email me if you can to let me know if you've updated. I don't want to miss not one chapter when you first put it up. Ta...Jen

Hi!
I've read many of your stories, and just recently stumbled upon Tortured Love and this one. I think TL was really good, but somehow this one beats it. I know it's still far from finished, but you have made a great work so far. You are really building up character and plot in this one, while TL was much "faster" with everything. Don't get me wrong, I thoroughly enjoyed reading TL. ;) I never knew I had a dark side, lol. XD
Anyway, back to the review of Violation of Honor.... Great characterisations so far! And poor poor Kagome to lose her sight! That happened to my mother once, but she got it back, and I hope Kagome does that too. But no rush, it makes it all so much more exciting. :D
I can't wait to read more of this story, and I really hope you'll update soon! Meanwhile, I'll go and check out your other stories that I haven't read, and perhaps make some more fanart. :D (I don't know if you know it, but I have once tried to draw Anubis, see lazyjenny.deviantart.com)
Keep up the good work! I'll be back soon to see how you've progressed. :)

For you,Rin, I made an account here. If that's what it takes to review your fics, then so be it. I find myself totally hookedon your writing and that very unique imagination of yours. I know you have a family and a very busy life, but I just couldn't help myself, I just had to write in again and let you know I'm going stir crazy being left up in the air with your last chapter, the meeting of S&K. I'm praying you find alittle more time to write and put up more as this particular story just won't leave my brain alone. Oh yes, I have other favorite writers I'm currently reading, but you know how it is when certain stories just catch your attention and won't let go? That's you...every dang fic you write gets me so engrossed I can't help myself. Really, I'm not a nag, but Rin....PLEASE???

I always love your stories. I hope you continue. It will be great to have Sessh protecting Kagome, and Kagome healing him.
