I'm so glad your muse has picked up Kouga/Kagome again! I’ve been reading your Kouga/Kagome fics since, I believe, 2003. My favorite probably being the one where a wolf-goddess bites Kagome and throughout the story the wolf goddess reminds Kagome how she regrets not taking a mate. I’m sorry to say that I do not recall the title, but I remember the sequel you made.
For a long time I was so sure that you had abandoned this couple in favor of Kagome/Sesshomaru. For the first time in a long time, I checked up on your name again (I love your Kouga/Kagome fics so much that I always remember your penname) and was more than delighted to see a fresh new one and immediately dove into it.
Now for the review:
As a huge fan of Kikyo I am extremely pleased to see that you are thinking outside the box from those other "Kikio iz evil!!!!1111" kind of people. Oh man, those people piss me off. The only real comment I have on this is Kikyo is a little, too warm, if you will. She is not evil, true, but she is still cold, no doubt. Has something happened that changed her or is it just being around Inuyasha and people that has altered her cold personality a bit?
I gotta say though, I REALLY don't like that Gergor guy. I hope Kouga puts him in his place for the things he's going on about. I mean sure, Kagome needs his help, but it really angers me the way he's talking to Kouga about Kagome. Gah! Made me angry enough to glare angrily at the screen.
Sesshomaru too is annoying me with the way he keeps talking down to Kouga like he's a simpleton, telling him what to do like he's his leader. Yeah, he's more powerful than Kouga, but that doesn't give him any authority to tell him what to do. I hope Kouga kicks him. Perhaps I'm just being childish. I love Kouga to bits as you can see.
Well, sorry for the long review. I am eagerly awaiting your next update and I am keeping my fingers crossed for a little more Kouga/Kagome interaction and some Gregor butt kicking. Oh I don’t like him.
