*LMAO* Oh that was so great. Him just dangling the letter in front of her. That was awesome! I like where this is going. You know what would make for a greater twist? If Kagome were somehow his mother reincarnate. If not for this one, then another story. It just popped in my head. Anyway, I can't wait for the next installment! Love your work!

This story is so great! I'm a little disappointed though that there isn't any Sesshoumaru/Kagome action yet. ~sighs~ Oh well,...it's going to be a long ride....yet still a most enjoyable one. Can't wait to see the next chapter!

I guess it's kinda way past time for me to review, huh? As our esteemed authoress WELL knows, I LOVE this fic! I am enjoying every minute of the unfolding tale and eagerly looking forward to much more. The way the death of Naraku, the 'resurrection' of Miroku and the passing of Kikyo have been handled is nothing short of masterful, in my humble opinion. I can hardly wait to see how the beings possessing the jewel eventually betray themselves ... I've no doubt it will happen. I'm also looking forward to the development of the backstory with regard to Takara and the silk-wrapped bundle that her parents bestowed upon her. As well as what I'm sure we're ALL reading for ... the (hopefully) inevitable Sess/Kag get-together!

Thank you VERY much for keeping me so royally entertained, and so often, too! Hope your muse continues to churn out the ideas on a regular basis, without TOO much interference from 'real' life (you know, the stuff that swirls around us when we're NOT into fan fics ;D).
