Chapter two:

Oh wow! How did I miss these updates? As before, well written. You are keeping to the canon events yet taking us through the untold story. And how interesting it is! I don't quite follow what the ugly woman was about, but I'm sure that you will let us know. I really enjoyed the battle with the oni's. Great description there. Of course, all of your descriptions are par excellence. Ooooh, and Sesshoumaru is off to grab Inu. WooHoo! Off to read more. Oh, and I thought that I would tell you that I don't read fics where a character is presented in the opposite gender, but because you are the author, I decided to have a look and am glad that I did. Thanks for the compliment. ^_^ See ya next chapter!

Chapter three:

Wow, Sesshoumaru is exceptionally vicious. I believe that you have him down perfectly; at least for that period of time in the series. Ah, now I know what that creature was. Sorry, I don't know a lot of Japanese terminology. The way in which you portray events, Sesshoumaru's thoughts/personality/history, the other character's behaviors, etc. is very exciting. Hard to believe that I'm not complaining that there isn't enough action. Heh. That's a miracle in and of itself. Just ask other authors. LOL I liked that last line. Great ending to the chapter.

Chapter four:

Again, excellent writing, excellent description. Oooooh, and the action was just mahvelous dahling. I can't believe how well you write battle scenes; such fury, and yet you give it such a quality of grace. Damn, but you do a great Sesshoumaru. You even add humor! Do you think that the translation was proper when Sesshoumaru told Jakken to pull himself together after cutting him in half and then using Tensaiga on him? If so, then Sesshoumaru must have a sense of humor; which is what you seem to have given him despite being somewhat morbid.

O...M...G. Inuyasha was aroused? I wonder if he subconsciously knows that Sesshoumaru is a girl. You describe the expressions on Inuyasha's face to a point that, even though we are seeing them through Sesshoumaru's eyes, we can actually feel his emotions. That's quite an accomplishment.

I have another chapter of Torn waiting in the wings with my beta, so you will see that soon. ^_^ And it looks like the requests for a sequel to Whispers of Memories and Promises Forgotten have finally ate my brain and I'm working on that too.

Sorry that I missed the chapters. I will patiently (yeah, right) wait for the next. Heheh.

I forgot to comment about something. Your subtle hints that Sesshoumaru is subconsciously attracted to Inuyasha will make their future relationship more plausable.

I can tell that you have put a great deal of thought into this story. That is a rare quality. I am attempting to do a better job at that myself. *sigh* Your professionalism shows me that I have quite a distance to travel in order to match the quality of your work. I'm not speaking of competition, but the desire to improve. It is authors such as you that motivate me to put more thought and planning into my own work.

A flash of something close to amusement sparked in those expressive golden eyes and it was only belatedly that Sesshoumaru realized that she’d been so caught up in examining her brother’s features that she’d missed that he wasn’t alone.

Oooo..... curiouser and curiouser! I take it that not only was inuyasha aware of how long sesshomaru was staring at him -- or, read: checking out, but since he displayed so much amusement at the next bit -- the 'elder brother' bit, i'm guessing, that inuyasha is aware that sesshomaru is a she, and not a he?

Wonderful story ^^ Perfectly in character, I'm really interested to see how this will differ from canon. You also have a great writing style. Sesshoumaru's thoughts about Jaken stating the obvious were hilarious, its something that has often annoyed me too XD

I would really love it more if you some how speed up the story, it's three chapters already and there was still hardly any Inu/Sess moments. You are planning to write some right?

LOL Your last chapter was good, I thought. As for this one, I liked it as well. I'm wondering when the /feelings/ will start to intrude... knowing Sesshomaru... that may be a long time. lol Great job! Update when you can! ^_^
