Mistaken lovers is a nice urban myth to use to get a hot sex scene out of Kagome and Yuusake. Then to have Kurama take an interest and follow through in finding Kagome. Very interesting. I'm intrigued by the miscommunication and misconceptions that abound between everyone. The deception and angst is sure to come to a head in a matter of time. I wonder how the cards will fall. To draw off the soap operas for a moment. Are Kurama's fears about a rekindling of Kagome and Yuusake's one time encounter well founded? Will Kagome ever meet the rest of the detectives in the light of day? Will Hojo ever get a clue? And can Kagome and Kurama's relationship withstand the test of all this angst? Wait and see ....
I will wait with somewhat baited breath (so I don't asphyxiate) and see. Keep writing. I'm really enjoying all of your work.

stupid aff, deleted my review. anyways the second chapter was great. nice length to it. i love kurama/kagome pairings. it'd be nice to have kurama as his true self instead of the wishy-washy type most people make him out to be. you are right, it takes a mean bastard to do what he did. and during the tournament when the one guy threatened his mother, he begged kurama if he believed in showing mercy. kurama said he didn't. that's the coldness i wanna see in a fic. if he feels like someone has wronged him then his whole attitude changes. so bring on the angst i say. update soon

Yowza. That is one f'ed up mess you created...damn...steamy, too!! Great setup, but if you decide to make more of this fic, methinks Kurama deserves a turn, don't you? At least, that's probably what he's planning to try...the sly, sly fox.
