not a bad story, all in all, but you should've devoted more time to reading over and correcting mistakes or at least finding a beta to have done that. likewise, a bit more research for the proper Japanese honorifics and romanized spellings would've been recommended, for example: it's Sesshomaru-sama, not -dono. while -dono commands respect, it is not as respectful as -sama, -sama is reserved for lords and such.

Wow, that was a long story. I loved it! Sad its over, but it had a very nice ending, great job and congrats on the story!

First off, the story is well written, good grammar and the like. I like all the plotting going around although I would really love to see Kagome more involved in the plotting but that depends on how you envision the story. However, I feel like there is something missing to the story. Maybe a little more emotion from the characters would help. A little more description as well. Another thing that kind of bothered me was how easily Kagome accepted Sesshoumaru's proposition. Even if she is all honorable, she seemed to have a pretty bad impression of Sesshoumaru. Besides, she is supposed to love Inuyasha even if he doesn't return her feelings that way. In a few words, I don't see Kagome hooking up with Sesshoumaru without feeling some kind of attraction towards him. She is not the type of person to let herself be pulled by the river's current. Actually, she is more like the salmon while Sesshoumaru is the river itself. Also, something I learned rather recently, is to keep the point of view more focused in the main characters. I tend to do that but I'm working on fixing the need to write things from the perspective of Inuyasha, Sango, Miroku and any other stray character that pops up. Lucky for you, you keep it focused on the subject at hand. I tend to go on a tangent. And I tend to over-think things. And rewrite them too. Anyways, the story is great and this is one the good stories out there. Keep up the great job!
