*teardrop* This is my favorite story on this entire website. Sango has always been my favorite character, and this story is beautifully written. As much as the ending tears you apart to see that it wasn't meant to be and they both regret it... I can't complain about it because it's so beautifully done. To say I'm impressed with your talent is a gross understatement.

a wonderful, heartfelt story. You took a standard budding lesbian pairing and escalated it above the paradigm. Never before have I been so moved by a fanfiction. You were able to create a story that allows the reader to feel sango's love for kagome so vividly that the story seems like a fairy tale romance. At first... later in the novel particularly during sango's heart-wrenching self revelation in which she re-examines her relationship with kagome you dealt with a much deeper, more profound topic; True love. True love to an extent that doesn't seem quite possible in real life, but you created a love that while tragic stands as a shining example of what "Real" love is.
The sheer passion and unconditional love that sango feels for kagome seems so perfectly innocuous at first so perfectly innocent. Yet you expose the selfishness in it and shatter it, that part of love was just a carnal illusion. You showed the true depths of sango's love for kagome, and in the closing paragraphs you showed us that kagome had cared loved her just as much. If only sango would have known. Well.. she did she finally learned of this when kagome saved kohaku's life, but in doing so permanently cut herself off from them. Tragic, truly tragic. I noticed how you changed the perspective from that of sango to that of kagome. You made the transition flawlessly. Meeting Akiko; sango's supposed reincarnate and in showing us that one simple yet familiar gesture telling us that this girl is infact "Her Sango" after reading the final sentences I could almost imagine "the End" being splayed across my computer screen and I could practically hear the heart-breaking music playing whilst the credits roll. Never before I have I been so moved by a love story. The unrequited love, the firey, passionate relationship, the sheer magnitude of their boundless love for each-other. Beautiful, yet profoundly heartbreaking and undeniably deep. I enjoyed the story and became so enveloped in it that when kagome was stranded in her own time period I swear I could feel her hopelessness, her pain, her shock because she had left leaving so many things undone, so many things that needed to be said but never now, never could be. Lastly I would request that you write a sequel that tells of the budding relationship between kagome and Akiko. Let's see how much of sango she really is, and of sango how will she live out the rest of her days? Knowing she will never see kagome again? I really hope you consider writing a sequel. I would definitely enjoy reading it.

Wow I actually got sniffly at the end, loved the slow and angsty discovery of their feelings for each other. I think that this is the sweetest and most tastefuly written yuri I've ever read. I especially enjoyed InuYasha's interaction with Songo when he confronted her, I think it played out true to character. Your creation of their love's struggle and Kagome's choices was superb. Songo's internal thought process was wonderful. I honestly had no clue as to how you were going to explain Kagome's seemingly chilled actions but I was surprised into an 'oh wow...!' realization right along with Songo. Great read!

I can't tell you how many times I've read though this beatiful example of how yuri should be written. This is smut with a heart of gold, and as one of the few guys who enjoy that sort of writing, as opposed to the corny one-shot afterthoughts that so many authors try to pass off as quality reading, I'm pleased to count this high atop my short list of favorites.

Here's hoping for a sequel.

Wow... this story was wonderful. I was actually beginning to wonder if Kagome didn't love Sango like Sango thought. I'm glad to find out that she did, and I can feel her pain. Will you write a sequel about Kagome and Akiko in the future?

I can't tell you how sadden I am with the ending kagome and sango belong together I know I can't change what happened but in the end kagome did the greatest thing for sango and everybody else. she really did love sango I just wished she could have told her that. a real masterpiece from such a talented author. if you write more fics like this one please try to end it with kagome and sango togather (starts sobbing).
