I'm finally getting around to readin' 49 & 50 after a week & a half.

But I'm glad to see this story progressing and glad you are back to the Inuyasha/Shippou situation that has yet to be resolved.

I just got finishing reading your story from chapter 1-50. It took a few days but I ate it up. I loved the way you wrote this I enjoy POV's they put each character in the spotlight on what they are thinking and doing. You caught each character in a light that is different from other stories and even the t.v. show. Seeing Sesshomaru as vunerable and realizing that he really needed InuYasha on so many different levels was great. InuYasha letting go of certain beliefs that he has always had about his brother even though he refused to admit to it that his brother really does care for him in his own special way. Knowing this InuYasha being able to give his brother at least a chance to show this and vice versa. On the other end that witch Suraki knows more than she is saying or willing to confess to. InuYashas pack they make me sick and laugh at the same time. The only one(s) that seem to understand what has truly happened are Shippo and Kirara. Songo for being a demon slayer isn't even using her head. She should be aware of what has happened between Sesshomaru and InuYasha. As for Miroku he's just dense. There is no excuse for Kagome granted she doesn't fully understand about Youkais but that doesn't give her the right to constantly use that damn necklace. I feel she abuses it a lot. If she truly cared for InuYasha she wouldn't use it like she does because InuYasha said something she didn't like. She had better be grateful that Sesshomaru didn't kill her for what she did. As for Myouga he had better not even hint that he knows how to break the mating it could kill InuYasha and his pup(s) and maybe even Sesshomaru. I know that Kagome will try to force the issue if she found out just for her own selfish reasons and out of jealousy. I hope that he can set Shippo straight and that he would not desert him. Hell Lord Kurasko might even help with Shippos training. As for this new enemy Im curious as to what or who it is. I have my suspensions on what or who it is but I don't want to say until I have read some more of your story. I hope you update soon it is rare I find a good Sesshomaru/InuYasha story and this is one of them. So far I have enjoyed the ride keep it up.

nya, i love this story, its taken me a while to sit down and read the whole thing, but it is soo worth it, and i must say, you, i think, are the best at keeping sess and inu in character, most people throw them out of character waaaay to much or way to fast or they dont even start in character, but you......you are akin to god...yep.....i want more!! please?

I was wondering, was Kagome choked out the whole time? And where was that flea the whole time?

Hello ^^
It was yet another delightful chapter. *sighs in satisfaction* I'm really glad to see that Inu Yasha and Sesshoumaru are slowly but surely warming up to each other and treating each other as their proper partner for life! I especially love Sesshoumaru's POV because while Inu-chan's thought process is pretty transparent, you never know what goes in Sesshou's head. *coughsit might also have something to do with the fact that Sesshou is my favorite charactercoughs*
It's quite lovely to see that how Sesshoumaru's thought processes changed from only wanting to conquer and make Inu Yasha submit to him, to how he thinks now it's okay to show his own weakness to Inu Yasha and expect his mate to accept and cover his weaknesses. After all, Inu Yasha is not a delicate doll; he can take care of himself and then some. :D The loveliest bit was how Sesshoumaru noticed his mate's pleasure and he himself relished in making Inu Yasha happy. By that we can see that Sesshoumaru truly loves Inu Yasha; that he only wants happiness and safety for his mate. The way he immediately took charge of the situation when Inu Yasha was hurt was very in character, as he wasted no time nor movement, yet it also reflected his change in character since obviously it was done out of his devotion to someone other than himself or Rin.
I was surprised at Shippo's reaction! I had no idea he would feel that way, but of course, since he's not Inu's biological child he would feel left out. It was very realistic for you to bring up this issue. I'm sure Inu will be able to handle his child well. I only hope Sesshou would be willing to take Shippo under his cares, but seeing how he treasures Rin, I have no doubt he would be a good father figure once he gets used to the idea. :D
Thank you for another delightful chapter. I can't wait for the next one. :3

That picture is cute. Reminds me that Sesshomaru got stuck with a dumb tree on his back.
