wow, intense.. you have a few spelling errors.. but this is turning up to be a pretty good start..

When Kagome's purifying arrows hit a demon, the demon turns to ash. If it is a really strong demon, like Naraku, then at least part of it turns to ash, but some of it may be left.
Why is the demon Kagome just shot still walking around? If she hit it with two arrows (in the back and in the shoulder), he'd at least be missing an entire arm and part of his middle. Sango cut off one of the arms too, so the demon should be almost dead by now.
I know he has a jewel shard, which would allow him to regenerate part of himself, but it takes a while to regenerate. Mistress Centipede had the whole jewel and it was taking her pretty long to regenerate, like at least 30 minutes. They had time to find the jewel before she could pull herself back together.
The demon still walking around in your story -- after being hit with two purifying arrows and by Sango's weapon -- doesn't make sense.
