Oh. My. God.
That had to be the greatest, most original and well-planned alternate rendition of Midoriko and Kirara's past that I have ever read in my existence. I've seen other stories where Kagome is actually the reincarnation of Midoriko, but never have I read something that explained it to this extent, nor subtly introduced connections that would bring Kagome in direct contact with her future love. You specifically mentioned bat and fire demons, I'm assuming for a reason, since YYH has beloved characters of both types. I can only imagine, or wait patiently, to discover exactly how you are going to weave this promising fic into something full of epic reincarnations and karmic revolutions.

Wow, very well done ladies. I can't wait for the next installment. I have never read a fan fic that has gone into the history of how Kirara met Midoriko so thuroughly. Seperately, you ladies are amazing writers. Together, you are a formidable team. I look forward to the upcoming chapters. Keep up the good work.

Great chapter! I love how you put in Kirara and Midoriko's 'past' I would've never imagined something like that. Very original, I must say you have me intrigued. But will Kagome forever be in Midoriko's shadow now, instead of Kikyo's? Anyway, Keep up the good work, hope to see more soon.
