Wow, I love this story! I definately can't wait to read more! And, I quite like how it starts to follow the actual story-line, with the pterodactyl like birds getting blood and the last shard in the afterlife place.... so cool, it's like you've re-written the actual story.

just wanted to tell you how in love i am with your story and that i cant wait for the 28th chapter! haha!
but i was just wondering if you could explain something to me.
in your author's note you wrote: "For anyone who wonders, yes, I’m recent with the manga from Japan, so I know Takahashi tainted Kagome, too, hehehe. Is that a great minds thing or just a kooky coincidence?"
what do you mean by this? is it that in the manga from Japan, Kagome is also raped or unpure?
i'de appreciate it if you could clear this up for me.

I really enjoyed reading this story, but the only thing I don't like it the fact Kagome lost her powers. But, still great structure and plot, you had me going there for a while. Because I thought Yukio was the son of Sesshoumaru. But, over all I really did enjoy reading it, and I hope you continue to keep up the great work.

I like your story so far. The only thing I don't like... is that you throw in the Japanese words and honorifics (is that the right word?) when you are writing in English. It makes those of us that do not know Japanese words a little left out. XD Otherwise, I like it so far.
