1. Hiei. He may be small but he's very strong, quiet, lonely, intelligent. All in all he's personality is unique. 2. I dont have. In YYH there are no acceptable females and I dont like male pairings. 3. Hiei/Kagome of course. Who else?

I totally agree with you on the cahracter things- I'm looking for stories that give them bgetter (read more true) personalities...one thing that confused me though is ko-rei, cuz at first I thoght shewas Kagome but then I don't think Kagome would ever be that ...erm...nicely cruel? That doesn't work. BUt I hope you update! And thanks for writing this!

Great start and thanks for including Kuronue to the story. To the questions:

1) Definitely Hiei. No one has suffered as much as him and survived (Mukuro bringing him back doesn´t count because he had no reason to live anymore). That alone is a reason why I love him so much, how sad it must be to have no reason to live for. He is unpredictable and still there are moments when he shows that he cares, for Yukina or Kurama.

2) To be honest no pairing. The girls are highly annoying and I don´t like to pair the guys with each other. The friendship they have is too precious that´s why I love crossovers with Inuyasha. You can pair Kagome with Hiei, Yusuke or Kurama. It doesn´t matter if it´s a triangle or a foursome, she would be perfect for each of them. The only girl I like in YYH is Shizuru and Kuwabara is nice. I can´t understand why so many authors make him look like the greatest idiot alive. He might be not as smart as Kurama but he is not dump and he caused many funny situations and is loyal till the end.

3) Kagome and Hiei. It´s like Ying and Yang. She can give him what no one ever did or just to a degree, unconditionally love and acceptance.

This was a great start. I love the story already. Please continue and update soon. I can not wait to read more. As for my fav char or yyh ??? I think it is Yusuke I like Yusuke because at the beginning he is tough but he is also kind. He was a good guy even before he knew it. I dont think he ever started a fight the fight always seemed to find him. I have no fav couple on YYH. However my Favorite crossover pairing is Kagome/Kurama/Hiei or any threesome that includes Kagome and any of the hotties from YYH. I have many favs of crossovers from YYH and IY.

Hey Kura-kuns-lovr! My favorite character from YYH would have to be...Hm...I really have no idea, in fact it's so hard to choose. I um..forgot the other questions...Tired...But I really liked this! Keiko is such a *----* I think it'd be safer if I didn't say, of course, I probably wouldn't be able to comment on what she is in just one word, it would probably take me 10 or an entire paragraph. *grins* I don't mind the light Shounen-ai, it's the heavy stuff i get a tad uneasy about, but it's your story! Have fun!

Great story. I agree about Keiko. I wish just once someone would smack her down. I can't wait to see how the story continues. I agree with you also about Yusuke not being what other authors have written him to be. He can be funny and a smartass, but he is also strong, couragous, trustworthy, and a gentleman( note that he has not smacked Keiko yet). So to answer #1 my favorite character is Yusuke. #2 Faovrite YYH pair has to be Yusuke and Kurama/Yoko. #3 Favorite pair in a crossover Yusuke and Kagome and it is always fine with me if you want to put Kurama into the mix. PS Put the Lemons with Yusuke and Kurama/Yoko. PLEASE.

Well, I like a lot of characters in Yu Yu Hakusho, actually. I have no specific pairing that I
like in the anime. Although, I love a lot of pairings when they are crossover... I love...
Kagome/Hiei, or Kurama/Kagome, or Kuronue/Kagome, or Kagome/Yusuke... So, whatever
pairing you choose, I'll be happy! As for why I love those characters (speaking of the YYH guys),
they all have had a hard life and despite the rough exterior, they have something deeper that
is practically begging to be discovered. Also, they are all intelligent, each in their own way and
at different level, so it is interesting to read a fanfiction involving all of them. Especially if it is
well written, which is not always the case... ^_~

I really enjoyed your story. I liked that you made Yusuke more grown up, strong and with a fairly decent life. He has a job, his friends have stuck by him, Koenma is still loyal to him and Genkai still likes her Dimwit. Keiko appears to be the same as she was at the beginning of the series, a bitchy 14 year old which is exactly how she acted at the end of the series. I think Yusuke would have been better off dumping her as a girlfriend and just kept her as a friend.

As for your poll, my favorite characters have always been Yusuke and Hiei. It goes back to the scene and conversation where they are standing together watching Yukina return to the ice world. That scene showed that there was more complexity to the characters than we'd seen so far. Hiei's fighting techniques were awesome, and although he didn't speak much when he did he showed a lot of intelligence and his humor was very funny, mostly because you didn't expect it. Yusuke was an immature smart ass to begin with but gradually what he went through forced him to grow up, accept his responsibility and become a better person.

Favorite pairing yyh only--Kurama and Hiei (as long as they are in character).

Favorite x-over pairing--Yusuke/Kagome
