Hey I just read from the beginning, I love it!! I can't wait to read the next chapter. I'm glad to see that all the violence did change Kags, you can't really have a sunny disposition with what they go through all the time. Just makes her seem more real and this lets her family see how much growing she's done without them.

Wow, I like how you handled getting Inuyasha to help. If I had written it, there would have been endless sits. Having Mrs. H around really helps.

Another great story! I am looking very forward to reading the next chapter of this when you get time to post. It's already going on my recommended reading list.
Earlier, you said that Souta was jealous of Kagome's running around and having adventures. Will be be getting a taste of her life then by having to help save Yokio? If that were to be the case, he may very well learn that living Kagome's life would suck. I will certainly be looking forward to seeing how you develop Souta's character.
