Poor Kagome. She suffers so much in some ways. I could seriously see this as a possible course of how things might turn out if she returns to the future. Naraku is sure to surface now that Kagome is officially back. I can't wait to see what the YYH gang does to deal with this latest development, how Mentally stable Kagome is upon waking, etc. I look forward to seeing what happens next.
