An interesting approach to the beads dilema, I rather enjoyed it until your Authors note about why you wrote it. But then I suppose you worte it for this kind of response.
Have you ever considered the fact that they are not equals? Inuyasha is male, which already gives him an advantage, but he is also a half demon, one intent on killing Kagome on first meeting her. He is stronger then her, faster then her and could snap her neck or leave her to die in the beginning in a heart beat. In the beginning she may have used the beads inappropriatly, but mostly she used them to save Inuyasha. Later on she does restrain herself and only uses them when she has to.
You also have to remember, she is only 15, so stupid reasons are sure to occur. With out the beads, Inuyasha would likely never let her go home though, so I don't see that as a stupid reason. He could physically keep her from doing it. As to her being a whiney bitch, to each their own, people read into characters what they want to see.

I agree, if it were happening to a woman it would be outragous. But if she were a half demon, I don't think there would be a problem with it. Reversing the sex roles in my head, it would still make sense.

Are you thinking about the Anime or Manga? and yeah the 'sit' was overused in the anime NOT in the Manga though, and if you disagree i'd say 'you're not fair' it's not like she 'sit' him for fun, inthe manga at least, the anime version is more bitchier and most fic's are more so. for your information too the kotodama nenju helps in reverting the berserking inuyasha, only once though. read 'white dog' by beckytailweaver or something chapter 14, there's possible possible reason she doesn't break thebeads or around chapter 10 or something, i forgot.

Kagome is a fictional character created by Rumiko Takahashi and it's pathetic to see a person obsess over humiliating and debasing a "fictional person." I'm sorry you got screwed over by the women in your life but you seriously have issues, especially those concerning defiling ppl. Oh by the way, Kagome doesn't "mess around or flirt" with Koga and Hojo. They are too blind to see that she's trying to let them down gently. you need to grow up and get help cuz your seriously fucked up.

In my experience, they'd all be long dead in their sleep for sure. Keep writing the twisted fics to punish them and I'll keep reading. Let the pain continue for those who have wronged him.

I so totally agree. Kagome may be my favorite female character, but she seriously needs some self-control when it comes to using the beads on InuYasha. The spanking was a good idea. Nice job.

I think the fic would have been better if you left off the explanation. Inuyasha has the beads because he is a *demon* - not so much that he's male. If Inuyasha was exactly the same save for his gender, I doubt that many people would have a problem with her being 'sat'. Especially if Kagome (as a male) was considerably less strong than the half-demon female.

As far as the points you made about women getting away with abuse, I think it stems from the centuries of it going the other way. Men owned their wives and beat them if they so desired. Personally, I take issue with ANYONE who raises a hand to someone else. However, I *DO* support fighting back against an abuser. And let's not forget that Inuyasha has the beads because he tried to KILL Kagome. Not to mention that the 'sits' don't exactly cause the pain to end all pain.

Try not to take this too seriously. Kagome sits Inuyasha FAR less as the series progresses because of their trust. But Inuyasha is STILL part demon, and that part on occasion must be subdued. And sometimes, you must admit, he has it coming. ^_~ And yes, I would make the same arguments if he were female.

Please, you must continue this story. I love it so far. I, too, hate the beads. True, Kagome is a whiny, little drama queen. But what 15-year-old girl isn't? Trust me, I know.
Let your fantasies run wild with this. What would you do to Kagome if you were Inuyasha. I'd really like to read what you can come up with.

I believe the beads were necessary when the beginning of the series when Inuyasha and Kagome just met, but as the series went on, Kagome did use the beads on Inuyasha for highly trivial reasons. After a while, she used them whenenver he disagreed with her. I don't believe she meant to humiliate him, but she definately abused her power. Interesting story, though I'm glad you realized not all women are like that.

Now instead of killing and raping, Inuyasha is gonna spank everyone. Nice. Lol.
