One of the best stories I've ever read. I only read Sess/Kag stories and I really enjoyed the one. Now I'm really jealous of Kagome, she gets the hottest guys..heheh*.

This is an amazing story. I have jsut read all 40 chapters and it took me about three days but it has been worth every minute. How do I even begin to review 40 chapters of bliss, excitement, romance, some of the very best lemons I have ever read (oh to be kagome!!!) sprinkled liberally with the best humor. I have laughed and cried with sorrow and joy. When she finally got to see her mother again I cried like a baby. My girls were laughing at me and I told them to just wait till they read your most wonderous story.
Anubis is mouth-watering, Sesshomaru is both physically and emotionally devastating and Kagome just gets everything good (I hate her). Anubis was an amazing new character as was Kat. I thought she was both unique and precious.
I have read "The House of Lemons" and was truely amazed and thrilled. I think my favorite was about Kagome's new piercing, but as good as those lemons were, I think you outdid yourself on this story. Congratulations on your nominations. You most certainly deserve them. I love reading the little "things" and the beginning and ending of your chapters. You sound so insecure about your writing that you sometimes remind me of another extrodinary writer - Demonlordlover - who also worries if she is taking the right path within her stories. You are quite magical and very original. You (and a few others that I follow faithfully) are what I like to call "my sweet reads". I can't seem to stop reading which gets me into a lot of trouble.
I loved the part when Kagome gave birth the first time and Anubis was there. He was so touched and deeply caring, I was very glad that they included him in the raising of his daughter.
I also loved Lord Buhito and his incorrigible brood. Those chicks were positively maddening and I am surprised that Sesshomaru didn't do something drastic, I wouldn't have minded a few beheadings.
I love the very sweet way you brought Kat and Inuyasha together. It really made the story that there wasn't the usual "Kikiyo hates the world and Inuyasha" stuff. It made the story warmer and closer, like family.
But what I believe I love the most was that you kept every single original character of the series true to form. They never once falter and did something or said something that I believed to be "or of character" for them. I take my hat off to you for keeping this like a continuation of the series and adding enough new characters that just blended in as if they had been there all along.
Jiyuu(?) was perfect for Rin and Shippo turned out to be a real hottie. Thank you so much for having the time and the patience to give us this wonderful gift. My email is pegasus4@bellsouth.net. My name is Deobrah and I look forward to reading much more from you. In fact I have already bookmarked all of your other stories.
Til the next installment. Yours truly, Deborah.

Great chapter as always. *claps* I love action and violence! WHOO!! ^o^ --Not that much...-- But I have a question. You put Inuyasha, Miroku and Sango on the castle wall, correct? Then how could they be fighting with Sesshomaru in the next scene? ANd then they're back at the wall again later. Weren't the protecting the gates the whole time? Or is Sesshomaru's sight tha good that he can see Hiraikotsu from where he is? It's just from the way described the marching and Sesshomaru's intent to keep them away, I thought the battle was being fought further from the castle then it's outer wall. Just wondering about that.
Ok. I know that when Kagome had Kebechet it started another arc (for lack of a better word), and the focus is switched from her, to her daughter. But you seem to be glossing over Kagome now. She's almost a side-character to the story in which she was once a main one. It's a little wierd. Well, that and the fact that along with being almost overlooked (what does she do all day?), she has no opinion. Everything's about her family now. So... house wife-ish (i.e., coming to 'cheer Sesshomaru up' because of his 'feeling off' in the last chapter instead of the possible warning of things to come) . *shakes head* A complete 180. Many of the thoughts you've had about Kagome (other characters thinking of her/her mannerisms) have been reflecting on how she's hardheaded and strong-willed, yet none of this is exibited in her behavior as of late (the past 6 chapters). She's not overly worried about this war, whom may be behind it, nor their motive. Kebechet is the one who notices things, comforts others and shares knowledge (I know Kagome would be less experienced in that since she isn't a Goddess, but still). It seems like when Kebechet was born she took in some of Kagome's powers as well as all of her personality, and in turn roles. I don't know, maybe I'm looking too much into this, or maybe the skips in time that you're doing are more to highlight Kebechet as a point/person of focus for this story. It just seems... Strange.
Well, other than the confusing part and the Kagome-Kebechet thing, I love this story! But you knew that already. *gives you a cookie* I hope you update when you can. I hope the next chapter's not the last (or second to last). I don't want this story to end! But if it does, you have to write another one!
Oh, one more question - Can you put the amount of time that's passed between one chapter and the next? I'm thinking three years between the first two, and about seven or eight between chapters 37 and 38, but you can never be sure.

OMFFFFFG!!! Rin, you are the G**Da**ed BOMB!! I'm all on the edge of my seat through the whole thing! Lond winded my ass! You shoulda kept going! My contacts are all dry an' shit 'cause my eyes have been so wide the whole time! I really don't think I blinked! Okay, so was Jiyuu (spelling?) dead? I think Kagome should've been the one to kill the Lady of the South. Just for GP. Kags shoulda been like, "bitch, you put MY kids in danger 'cause you wanted to be a whore & your husband died for your nasty ass!" *oops! the phsyco mom in me slid out for a second... get back in there!* I know Anubis is chillin' with a grin lookin' at the other Gods like, "See that? That's MY daughter!" Ol' proud soccer dad. *lol* Can't you just write this forever? It's sooo good! Hopefully somebody has nominated this fic for something. I don't know how but please belive I would in a heartbeat! Holla!

I loved how you began this with the couples and then on to the wonderfully executed battle scene. I was getting a little nervous there towards the end. I loved Kebechet's true form.--Eh- Only one chapter to go? *Wails* Please tell me you will have something else coming. Wonderful-wonderful chapter. Thank you!

I bow down before master Rinseternalsoul *bows* The whole plot is written perfectly, with just the right amount of lemons as to not make it tacky. Although I do love lemons............ lol!
